Ciara ran out of the house to walk her dogs and WAS NOT happy to see the paparazzi. See Ciara dodging the paps with no makeup inside....

Ciara (rocking a hoodie and pink sweatpants) went to take her dogs for a walk yesterday in Santa Monica....and she was not expecting to run into a waiting photographer. The fab chick didn't look too happy to be snapped makeup free. But we all know if anybody can pull off the fresh face, it's her.

Can only imagine the convo she's having on that phone. Hey CiCi!

Ciara's busy working at her upcoming album with L.A. Reid behind the project. She said about the new LP:

"It's just really about the vibe. It's really important for me to take my time with this record. It's really really good energy."

No release date has been set for the yet-to-be-titled alum.

Why is there so great a degree of hatred against and why is it now deemed appropriate and commonplace to hate and openly espouse the fact that some on the celebrity news sites hate Ciara?
