Like most beautiful stars, Paula Patton wasn't always the clear skinned, shiny haired seemingly perfectly polished face & body chick she is now.

Her high school pic surfaced. Check it out inside...

The then-teenaged Hamilton High School student in Los Angeles had her eyes on UC Berkley and USC film school. And those eyebrows are telling a story and a half!

Now, the 36-year-old new Pepsi Next spokeswoman is happily married to her high school sweetheart Robin Thicke and starring in Hollywood blockbusters like Mission Impossible 4. Time...and tweezers and some wax...do wonders.

I am 34 yo I graduated HS in

I am 34 yo I graduated HS in 1995. I was hideous then, had a unibrow and bc I have thick long hair I had sideburns for dayzzzz. I had all the cuts thru those years the salt n pepa, the chinadoll & even the Lisa Lisa. I wore dark black eyeliner that extended just about out to my temples and bright red lipstick. I wore the EnVogue spandex dresses with a padded bra. When I went to college I first started waxing my brows, it was awful, I let them asians snatch off all my brows just to draw a thin line that made me look scared all damn day, then I was rocking the black lip liner with gold lipstick (thank you Mary J. Blige for that awfulness) and instead of a purse carried a small backpack bc that was hot in the 90s... Imma say I got hot around 1999 (no pun Prince)... I finally realized my brows had a nice natural shape just needed to be groomed, black lip liner is not my friend and niether Lil Kim nor MJB where credible fashonistas. So I started doing my own thing. Soaked off those awful damaging porcelain nails, let my natural curly hair flow instead of gelled down in a swoop over one eye (shout out to Aaliyah) and I am fresh faced with the exception of mascara and lip gloss. In my old HS Paula Patton would have been one of the premier it girls. This was a great throw back although Natasha tried to sully it with negativity. This look was what was considered beautiful for that time and she was gorgeous and to her credit not only was Paula's look gorgeous and in trend with that era she has continued to show her beauty and evolved to be just as beautiful according to the standards of this era... Shame on YBF for that headline when we all got a few photos that clearly show the evolution of time...

She looks the same for the most part - doesn't look like she had any surgery IMO. She got her teeth done and eyebrows cleaned up, hair did, and looks great. She was pretty then, and gorgeous now.

#DEAD I agree that is't not right to judge someone's HS picture, she was a child. I didn't start doing my eyebrows until my sophomore year in college. I'm sure today it's different but hell I'm 33 and Paula is older than that. Nobody was going to the Indian eyebrow shops at 16 in the 90's.

What everybody says is true

What everybody says is true about how most of us look back at our high school pix today and laugh or cringe. The difference now is young girls in high school are already doing the grown up thing (eyebrows, makeup, plastic surgery), instead of coming into their beauty naturally as their looks mature. I bet Paula's peers thought she was real fly back then--acne, untamed eyebrows and all. We know Robin Thicke did.

You me both. I had my hair cut short on one side and kept it long on the other. Guurl! Couldn't tell me shiiiit! Not too long ago, I was going through some old pics with my hubby and he still teases me about that hairstyle. Calling me "Salt N Pepa" lol
