PILAR'S SISTER KANDIE: "I SAW HER INJURIES! Deion BROKE Pilar's Thumb & CHOKED Her!"

And the drama keeps on coming. After Deion Sanders went on video yesterday to deny ever hurting his estranged wife Pilar during their "domestic situation" on Monday night, Pilar's sister (pictured above with Pilar) is coming to her defense. And her new accusations are SERIOUS. Check out what she had to say inside...

If you've been under a rock all week, Pilar Sanders & Deion Sandars got into a domestic altercation Monday night in their Dallas home, as soon as he returned from wining and dining alleged girlfriend (and mistress according to Pilar), Tracey Edmonds. Deion filed a police report (and it all played out on Twitter) saying Pilar and a friend JUMPED him in the bedroom. Pilar went to jail, and upon her release the next day (with an obviously busted lip), she accused Deion of assaulting HER. Deion denied her accusations, which brings us to Pilar's sister Kandie.

Kandie Biggers just sent out a statement saying she was a witness to Pilar in regards to Monday night's altercation. And she says not only is Deion at fault, but he broke Pilar's thumb and also beat and choked her!

Here's her statement in full:

"On behalf of my sister, Pilar Biggers Sanders, I am writing to you to say without any hesitation that the charges and horrendous allegations my estranged brother-in-law are making in regards to being assaulted by Pilar are 100% false. Not only did I see with my own two eyes the harm he caused her, but her best friend, Dianna who also witnessed Deion's tirade was also hurt in the altercation. For a man to do this to a woman, let alone the mother of his children is gross, especially a man who claims to be God fearing and righteous. Seeing him pose and post the picture the following day of him smiling after supposedly being "jumped" by a 120lb woman clearly tells the world that this man doesn't care about anything but himself. I am ashamed to have ever called him my family, and I pray that justice will come quick, swift, and correct, so that my sister can continue to be the extraordinary person and mother that she has always been, and most importantly…free from Deion's bullying, abuse and harm–harm he is intentionally causing to divert attention from his sins.

The good news is that my sister is a survivor. Believe it or not, regardless of being beaten and choked, having her thumb broken, spending a night in jail, and being forced to leave her home, she can hold her head high knowing that in the end, the mask will be lifted, and the truth about Deion sanders will be revealed. There is no crisis control group, no amount of lawyers or public relations teams that will prevent the truth no matter how hard he tries to twist it. Fame and the adoration of fans can unfortunately put some people's values up for sale and money can make the most corrupt people forget humility and humanity… but what a powerful wake up call there will be when none of those things can help you when world sees you for who you really are.

Yea, sis story is a lil off...you witnessed the fight but didn't jump in to help?? and why wasn't he jailed for assault..obvisouly there was evidence & witnesses for them to lock a woman up..im not taking sides..deion probably is a bully & has assaulted her which caused her to snap but pilar should be smarter & know that deion has made a trap & she fell for it..he wants her to look like the crazy wife so she can loose everything! I live in Arlington, Tx which is about an hour from Prosper, Tx. Deion has treated Pilar like a sub-human for most of their marriage. I would be blind to not see, that she stayed with that rat-looking fool for the money and status. She has to be real dumb if she has not put her a nest egg somewhere, in someone's name. Let's separate the bull from the truth. Deon wants to run the streets with hot chicks and doesn't want his wife any more. He would prefer she leave the house, leave the kids, leave everything and take her 1 mil and go because the prenup says 1 mil. Life does not work like that. I have two children that I carried and had and raise. I clean after then and feed them. Sounds like from the show that Pilar has been made to be this man's maid and slave. So any woman with any other man would not leave her house, children, or life behind that she has had for almost 15 years. For what. The statements you all make are ridiculous. And he is being totally unreasonable. He should move and set up a bachelor pad and he can lay around all he wants and visit his kids when he has time. If he doesn't want to move he should go buy Pilar a moderate sized house for her and the children to live in and they should split custody of the kids. Since he works full time maybe he should give her custody and her 1 mil and pay child support monthly. Pay so your children go to good schools and get the things they need and want. And maybe take them when they are out of school and give them a good summer and then Pilar has to support herself for three months. This situation is an embarassment and boils down to Deoin wants Pilar to fade away like she never existed and life does not work like that. She is not the First Wife that you discard. Or the second or the third. You should treat this woman fair and give her respect. Ultimately it really just makes him look real bad to keep going through these battles instead of treating her as the mother of his children. Whatever she is. He is looking like less than a man.

Also in the state of Texas, if she leaves the house then she gives up all rights to he house. Which means that she would not have any rights to anything pertaining to the house, (furniture, clothing, money if the house is sold, etc..) Which is what Deion wants. He is trying to force her to leave so that she will give up all rights to the house and the same reason why he won't leave. When we were looking for a house in Dallas last year, Deion had an apartment for sale that was in the downtown city district. He could move a lot easier than she can but yet he choose not to all because of money.

Did anyone see that reality show that Deion and Pilar had? If you did, you would have seen some of the bullying that Deion does. I was wondering when I was watching it how long this was going to last before Pilar woke up. Deion would order her around; no housekeeper (in a 12,000+ house), he wanted her to dust everyday, He wanted her to cook everyday. In fact one whole show was about her having to do all this stuff daily and Deion wouldn't help. The kids were small then and he wouldn't even help with them. Tried to pretend he didn't know how to handle toddlers, just older kids. Deion was very demanding on that show and I thought perhaps it was just for the show but know we all see the truth.

If Pilar's sister was FOR her, she would have longgggg advised her to move out of that house. Instead it sounds like she was there when all this happened. Are you not scared for your mother's child's life? If her thumb was broken, TMZ would have made a mountain out of it and we would still be reading about it today. With that being said any man who knows he has the upper hand with a pre-nup is going to keep things as smooth as possible.
