WELL DAMN: Will Smith SMACKS Russian Reporter Who KISSES Him

Will Smith had to "Get Philly" on a Ukrainian reporter who tried to get kissy with him on the red carpet. Watch Big Willy put the smack down inside...

While walking the red carpet in Moscow for the debut of Men in Black 3, a reporter from the Ukraine (who's known for kissing celebs) found out the hard way that Will Smith isn't one to catch off guard.

Will happily greeted the reporter at first....but after the "sneak" kiss, Will pushed him away and gave him a quick smack to the face. After the smack, Will said, "He's lucky I didn't sucker punch him."

@Furious Styles 4:52. I'm also from Florida and the Stand Your Ground Law doesn't apply to Zimmerman. The entire murder could have been avoided had he stayed in his car. The prosecution should be able to get him on at least a manslaughter charge. If he gets off, that law will need to be rewritten. Zimmerman was wrong and deserves to rot in prison. Witnesses have already come forward and said that he is a racist bully who harassed them. And there are not witnesses that say they saw Trayvon bashing his head on the ground. There's about one who said that they saw him on top of Zimmerman. They over-exaggerated Zimmerman's injuries. Those were the lightest black eyes in the history of black eyes. The law says that you cannot instigate a fight, then pull out a gun a claim self defense. The entire situation was avoidable. Trayvon would've mad it home and been fine, had Zimmerman not chased him. He had a right to Stand His Ground against a stranger chasing him.

Off topic, but... @Furious, If you were Floridian, or even lived in Florida, you would know the laws which govern the State (not what you read on the internet or hear the media reporting to you, as interpreted by the minds of others). As someone who has lived in Hillsborough County for years, please note that one self-defense argument does not simply "trump" another - i.e., the argument of Self Defense does not override the Stand Your Ground Law, and vice versa. The case of the State versus George Zimmerman will ultimately center itself around said individual's INTENT during the time of the incident which left young Trayvon Martin deceased. Will he walk away from this, unscathed? We don't know as yet. But, what should be noted/underlined/highlighted from this and any other incident(s) are your rights as a citizen. For instance, you are, for the most part, free to exercise your "rights", so long as they do not infringe upon the life, health, or well-being of another person, which includes instilling fear in someone. Trayvon Martin had the Constitutional RIGHT to wear a hoodie at night while walking to a neigborhood store to purchase snacks. George Zimmerman had the Constitutional RIGHT to bear arms in order to protect himself ONLY - and I stress, ONLY - from emminent danger that was NOT initiated or otherwise brought on by himself. For instance: You cannot walk into a bar, confront a random stranger, create an altercation - which then leads to physical confrontation - pull out your licensed handgun (concealed weapon) and shoot that person, then turn around and claim self defense. The important thing to note about the Stand-Your-Ground law is that you must be "without an obligation to retreat first". All of which has been stated above can be confirmed by reading 'Florida Statutes Chapter 776: Justifiable Use of Force', specificially sub-section 776.041, "Use of force by an aggressor".
