COMMERCIAL CHICKS: Eve Flaunts Her Kicks For REEBOK Documentary + Solange's New Ad For Carol's Daughter's Natural Hair Transitioning Kit

Rapstress Eve is back home in Philly shooting her new ad campaign and mini-documentary for Reebok & Complex Magazine. Check out the pics from the set inside, plus Solange Knowles' new ad campaign for Carol's Daughter's new Natural Hair Care Transitional System...

We love this chick. Still keeping it cute and sexy in sneakers, E-V-E hit South Street in Philly and a few other places to shoot her mini-documentary for Reebok Classics & Complex Magazine.

The series will tell the intriguing stories of what it took for the shoes to become a Classic. The video interviews will include information on the participating artists and people that influenced them throughout their journey, as well as capture intimate live performances from each artist.

Eve is the subject of the first documentary that will be released June 2012. She did an exclusive interview while out and about in her old neighborhood on South Street, made a visit to her old high school (Martin Luther King Jr. HS), and performed an intimate concert at Kung Fu Necktie in North Philly.

sorry but solange is wearing a wig. I dont have a problem with wigs or weaves, but how are you promoting HAIR products with a wig on. Do you put these produts on your wig? Also didnt she Big Chop? what does she know about transitioning? Im not understanding why someone would want to transition anyway, is it to keep your length while you go natural? thats stupid, big chop your hair and wear a wig till it grows out, or only big chop it enough to to get a pony tail out of it, and wear a fony pony or get braids...Massage coconut oil and wash your hair once to twice a week. BOOM! I just saved you 60 bucks!

So, they put a weave on

So, they put a weave on Solange's head and decide she's the proper spokesperson for "transitioners??" What sense does that make? She cut all of hair off, and started from scratch. She knows nothing about the trials of transitioning. With all of the beautiful transitioning real-life sisters on Youtube and many hair blogs, Carol's daughter could have used someone else. Solange looks the best she has ever appeared with her natural hair. These natural-looking weaves that she rocks from time to time are not impressive. Same goes for Erykah Badu. If you want long, natural hair, grow it. Wearing dry-looking weaves is no different from Beyonce/Eve etc. wearing straight fake hair on their heads.
