DIVORCE IS A NO-GO! Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Reconcile...For Now

Vanessa Bryant just maneuvered her way into the best position. Not only is she holding those deeds to her and Kobe's 3 mansions now, the twosome have decided to ixnay their divorce...for now.

Now that Kobe Bryant has had some time to focus on his family life, he and estranged wife Vanessa have been getting closer and working things out. Much like their recent Disneyland trip with the kiddies:

Now the hand holding lovey dovey twosome has called off the divorce, but can put it back in action at any time. But they're not living together just yet. TMZ reports:

Vanessa Bryant will NOT sign documents to make her divorce final ... at least for now ... because TMZ has learned, she and Kobe are working on a full reconciliation.

We've learned Kobe and Vanessa are trying to work out the issues that caused her to file for divorce back in December. They spend a lot of time together but he has not officially moved back in with her.

Under California law, Vanessa has to wait 6 months before she can file final docs making the divorce official. The 6-month mark hits this weekend, so Vanessa could end the marriage as early as Monday ... but we know she won't.

See...there is a silver lining in multi-million-dollar divorce proceedings.

This will probably play out like the Michael/Juanita Jordan divorce. The first divorce effort resulted in "reconciliation." Michael saw what he was about to lose, reconciled long enough to "re-structure" the assets and when they finally divorced, he was in a much better position to give her what she was entitled to (according to the courts). Vanessa is the one desperate trying to work things out and sucking up to her husband in the hope that he comes home. The article said that Kobe had not moved back home (smart move on his part). Vanessa probably knows that all her clout and perks were gone since filing for divorce, and now she has changed her mind because she wants the status symbol that comes with being Mrs. Kobe Bryant. Don't be fooled by that selfish prick, Kobe likes things the way they are, he has his own place and life, he can screw whoever he wants and don't have to be accountable. I would probably guess that Kobe is playing hard to get because she is the one making all the effort, Kobe is just going with the flow. Trust, Kobe is going to continue to play hard to get. He is going to lawyer up with a new set of rules. Think about it if he does not reconcile with Vanessa, he has not lost anything, if he does reconcile with her he will not move back home and it can still be considered a legal separation from the date Vanessa originally filed for divorce.
