Just in case his modeling contracts dry up, Halle Berry's baby's dad Gabriel Aubry can now count on child support checks in the sum of $20,000 to help him get through the dry spells. Deets inside.....

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry's ex and father to their 4-year-old daughter Nahla, just scored a major victory in his custody battle with Halle Berry. Although a child support order was put in place, Gabriel has one now. And it's a whopper-- $20,000 a month!

So Gabe may have a boost in his income now, but I wonder would he still get support if Halle gets to move Nahla to Paris?

This will get interesting.

Speaking of celeb moms and their kiddies, Toni Braxton and her son Diezel are taking their mother/son dynamic to the small screen for LIFETIME. She tweeted, "I will be filming for a new movie for Lifetime and Diezel will be in it as well, playing the role of my son!" She added, "That's all I can say for now."

Halle makes more money plan and simple. Gabriel does not make enough to suppport Nahla in the lifestyle that she is accustomed to. If the roles were reversed the judge would have awarded Halle the child support. Bottom line Gabriel's attorney had something to work with. P.S Halle probably had to pay his attorney's fees too.

She had to pay Eric Benet millions, buy him a new house and pay his spousal support for many years although he was the one who cheated during the marriage. Charlie Sheen has to pay his ex wife over $75,000 a month and he has no custody of his kids and rarely sees them at least Gabe wants to be with his child.

For all those leaving

For all those leaving comments about Toni's hair. She has Lupus and I think it affects her hair. I have seen her in interviews with the short do and it looks like her hair is scant/ dropping out in some places. Lupus is a serious disease, nothing to joke about. Yes maybe she could have tried for a hairstyle that better compliments her but we don't know what's going on with her.
