TV FAB: Star Jones Turns "Satan's Sisters" BOOK Into TV MOVIE...With Wendy Williams PRODUCING!

Star Jones and Wendy Williams will be hooking up to turn Star's book "Satan's Sisters" into a made-for-tv film for VH1! Deets inside....

As VH1 continues to add steamy tv movies/shows to its lineup, we've found out that Star Jones' dishy book "Satan's Sisters" is next up to bat. Star will be linking up with talkshow diva Wendy Williams and legendary film and music executive Suzanne de Passe for a made-for-tv movie about the book that is set to become a tv series.

The project will be produced under the “Wendy Williams Presents” banner and follow the lives of several female co-hosts on a popular talkshow similar to Star's ex job "The View." And with Star being besties with such fab actresses as Lela Rochon and Vanessa Bell Calloway, you know the casting will be well played.

By the way, Star's name is also in the mix today after comments she made about Anderson Cooper coming out of the closet just for ratings. She said,

He's a daytime talk show host and when the rating slip in daytime, the hosts tend to tell you lots of things about them.'

She added, 'I remember Oprah said she smoked crack, Oprah said she was pregnant at 14 and considered suicide. There [are] times when you generate information for ratings.'

Hmm....Star may be right but she just totally called Anderson out for throwing up a Hail Mary to get ratings. Play nice Star!

I see Star is still salty

I see Star is still salty about being kicked off the View and losing her show on TruTv that she is throwing shade at Oprah and Anderson. I watch Anderson show every now and again, but I love AC360 on CNN, so he been winning, he didn't need to state the obvious, he had more to lose than to gain by "coming out". I don't know why people are complaining about Star working with vh1. Has it ever crossed anyones mind that vh1 might have been the only network that chose to work with her. Yes vh1 is full of foolery reality shows, but I don't see any other network with as many colorful faces. Hell not even BET, unless its Keyshia Cole. I think with all the negativity associate with vh1 and blacks portrayed on the network, this could be a great thing. Star, I thought this was going to be a series, not a made for tv movie. Maybe nbc, abc or cw will pick it up after its premiered as a movie.

Why is it that VH1 is only attracting over the Top Black women to put on the air. If you are Ghetto, Loud, a Black Woman, and have horrible Ebonics and a whore. You are guaranteed a show on VHELL1 or a movie

I can't speak for Wendy because she can be over the top but to call a woman who stands up for the showing black women in a positive light a whore is just wrong and ignorant. And if she decides to cast a woman like Vanessa Bell-Calloway that is all the more proof that this movie will be the opposite of whores that speak in ebonics.
