Some of the country's top athletes gathered in LA last night for the 2012 ESPY Awards,  See pics of Matt Kemp and his mother Judy Henderson, Swizz Beatz, Nas and others inside.....

The 2012 ESPY Awards were held last night in Cali at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.  The event was attended by numerous athletes like Matt Kemp--who brought his mom along as his date--and models like Chanel Iman.

Chanel looked ucomfortable in a long white lace cami dress.

"BBW" star Malaysia Pargo walked the red carpet in a black ball gown.

Singer Miguel was there as he was there.  He's on the "Summer Smash" track with Nas.

TV personality and former baller Dhani Jones attended.

Lamar Odom arrived with father-in-law Bruce Jenner.

NFL player Victor Cruz of the New York Giants looked sexy.

New York Knicks star J.R. Smith wore a spiffy striped jacket.  

NFL player Vince Young and his wife Candice were there.

Actor Jesse Williams walked the red carpet.

NBA player Sheldon Williams posed with WNBA wife Candace Parker and daughter Lailaa.  So cute!

The iconic Dr. Julius Erving was spotted with his wife.

Holly Robinson Peete arrived with her kids.

Nas was a part of the entertainment lineup. And looked damn good.

Swizz Beatz was there too to perform with Mr. Jones.

NBA Player Anthony Davis got extra creamy with his 3 piece suit.

Former NFL player Eddie George is still doing it...but interestingly hit the caret solo without wife Taj.

NFL player Robert Griffin III of the Washington Redskins earned the Male College Athlete of the Year Espy.

Juwan Howard and Mike Miller of the Miami Heat posed with their award for Best Team.

They brought out their wives Jennifer Miller and Janine Howard.

NFL player Terrell Suggs of the Baltimore Ravens looked nice.

And on stage......

Nas and Swizz Beatz got the party started.
