TRINI CHICK: Behind The "Carnival" Scenes Of Nicki Minaj's "Pound The Alarm" Video In Trinidad

Nicki Minaj trekked it back to her homeland for her latest video "Pound The Alarm." Check out the behind the scenes footage of Nicki's "Carnival" inspired video with half naked chicks and men shaking it all in Trinidad....

For her new international single release, "Pound The Alarm," Nicki & her rumored boyfriend/hype man SB traveled to the place where she was born to bond with her family and the beautiful locals.

She asked for 500 extras from Tobago to join her on the set to recreate a "Carnival" inspired video.

Nicki also confirmed that 2 Chainz will be touring with her for her upcoming US Tour, while Tyga will be accompanying her on an international tour this fall. Tonight, the Barb makes an appearance on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno.

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago and I DON'T like Nicki Minaj why you ask?? cause she doesn't grasp me with her music. It's just straight garbage. The only thing I respect about her is the fact that she is making moves endorsement wise that female rappers couldn't do a few years ago..thats it.

I'm sure some ppl think like

I'm sure some ppl think like that but by now everyone should know that the world wide web doesn't just apply to Europe and the states... but TnT unlike other popular islands like Barbados, Jamaica, etc don't get the kind of pub we should be getting.... Groups know about us for sure.. we're all over hip hop culture but we don't get SHINE.. Nicki is bringing some shine to us... so we need to stand up and support her.. I don't agree with everything she does.. but I do dance to her music.. I do like her grind (no pun intended) and I do love that she supports our home and shouts it out EVERY chance she gets..
