Pilar Sanders has been quietly recoving from "divorce battle" wounds and seems to be getting on with her life.

The tight bodied chick showed off her vacay pics in Miami with her cute kids recently.

And she's working on a fitness DVD so everybody can have killer abs like her. She plans to launch it this summer.

I really like Pilar I think

I really like Pilar I think her husband has done her totally wrong. He will get his, trust me. I think if she keeps focused on raising her kids in a positive manner and loving herself more, She will be ok. I feel like we all go through things but having Faith in God and showing him how much he means to her, she can do anything through Christ whom strengthen us all.

You can look like Pilar if you want to. I'm in pretty good shape, but my sister has a body just like Pilar and she works crazy hours! It's all about your DIET (green apples, brown rice, etc.) and a REGULAR work out regime and you can achieve it as well. See, I'm not just eating rabbit food (I tell my sister) to get a 6-pack. I don't need one and rather have a soft, flat tummy than trying to keep up with a look that I'll only be able to maintain for a month - LOL. No thank you! I'm okay with my tight and soft look. I like food too much - Holla - lol.
