JACKSON FAMILY SAGA: TJ Jackson Named TEMPORARY GUARDIAN Of Michael Jackson's Kids, Katherine Jackson REMOVED Temporarily!

The Jackson Family Saga took a twist today as matriarch Katherine Jackson was removed by MJ's Estate and replaced by TJ Jackson, who's now "temporary guardian" of the kids. Deets inside.........

We've been keeping you posted on the twists and turns in the Jackson Family Saga and they just experienced a big one........TJ Jackson, son of Tito, now has temporary guardianship old Paris, Blanket & Prince and Katherine has been suspended.

The order came down from the courts this morning at 1:34pm EST and will be filed in the next 48 hours. TJ spoke to the court (through tears) about the "changes" Katherine has been going through saying, "I've never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn't sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary ... she has not used certain phrases like that before."

So why was Katherine officially removed? Court docs say she was prevented from doing her guardianship duties by "intentional act from third parties." And based on the saga we've seen play out for several days now at the Jackson compound, this comes as no surprise as there's a link missing somewhere.

Sources say Katherine spoke to the kids via a phone call from Arizona on Tuesday and is acting voluntarily.

Something is fishy fishy fishy!!! How is it that all of a sudden this tj person (tito's son) is now being praised in the media as those kid's knight and shinning armer?? Didnt tito protested the estate? then suddenly he pulls out and BAM! a few weeks/months later you see his son getting full guardianship.... katherine might have left them in his custody a few days at a time but didnt she do the same thing to rebbie??? so why is he being portrayed as being so perfect for these kids??? All I know is that paris, blanket and napkin (I think thats it) should not be trusted to ANYONE with the last name 'Jackson'.........and I still dont believe that with Janet its about the money (though no one knows whats going on) I think she sees right through tito's and tj's plan....

The people that suffer the

The people that suffer the most from the situation are the kids and Katherine. From my standpoint, I've always felt that Katherine was not fit to care for those young kids. Not to say she's a bad mother or anything like that but this woman has spent her life taking care of her kids and grandkids. At 79/80, she needs to be focusing more on herself - her own well being. However, I know as per Michael's wishes, she wanted to honor it by taking them in but I can see how caring for them has taken a toll on her. Taking care of teenagers is not easy and she's old-fashioned so I'm sure theres some rebellion going on, especially from Paris. For someone else in the family that the kids trust to take TEMPORARY custody of them, I don't see it as a bad thing. I just pray that their intentions are good by having the kids best interest at hard.

I don't care of those children aren't Michael's biological kids - it does NOT matter. Michael's name is on all three birth certificates and he left them as sole heirs of his estate. Paris had every RIGHT to complain about her grandmother being held against her will. Marlon just released a statement saying that Randy LIED to him about his mothers whereabouts. This is TRAGIC and all you can do is sit there and judge those children about their looks?
