Rihanna's accountants have responded to her accusations of financial mismanagement saying her losses are her own fault! Get the deets on the accounting firm's claims inside and check out the ink-tastic hijinks of Rita Ora and Rob Kardashian.

We told you previously about Rihanna suing her former accounting firm for mishandling her 2009 Last Girl On Earth tour and for taking an inapproproate cut of 22% of her profits, and now the firm is defending itself.

Berdon LLP have filed legal docs claming it was Rihanna's "own financial action or inaction" or those of her team that messed up her tour money. Also, they fired back about their 22% comission saying RiRi signed off on an engagement letter that gave them permission to take it. So if she had a problem, she shouldn't have signed the agreement.

So far, a judge hasn't ruled on the case but the firm asked that she get a case full of nothing!

While Rita Ora has not officially confirmed that she's in a relationship with Rob Kardashian, the two sure act real couple-like. The duo recently got tattoos of one another's names on their hands.

the Only girl in the world tour was from 2010 & ended in 2011, rihanna's last tour started june 2011 & ended January 2012. since then, her income has increased 40% according to forbes so im guessing this lawsuit has to do with business from 2 years ago

I think people are just responding to facts. Rih opened up this can of worms when she launched a lawsuit against the accounting firm. SHE sued them. They didn't sue her. That means the burden of proof is on Rih to establish that she was defrauded. The accounting firm is only defending themselves against HER allegations. Obviously, a contract had to be signed. If Rih signed off on the 22% (and she probably did) then her case is done. She needs to get better people and stop spending so much time with blunts in her hand.

If an attorney reviewed the contract and explained to her the 22% compensation the firm would be earning from her tour and she continued with the venture, this is on Rihanna. I think she sat down with a financial advisor who told her she was over estimating her earning potential from tours, and now she is placing blame on the accountants. She obviously thought popularity would bring in Madonna., Britney Spears, or Beyonce money. But, quickly found out she earns most of her money from digital single sales. Not to mention, were the accountants solely responsible for tour revenue only or are they universal accountants? I am only reading about mismanagement of "Last Girl on Earth tour" which bombed in sales 45 million dollars revenue. What about the other income she was earning from endorsements and record sales?

Sidebar: It's funny how people went in hard on Angelina Jolie when Jennifer did the exact thing that was done to her to another woman. She met Justin on set, he was in a 14yr relationship which came to abrupt end when he started messing with her on set.
