Mel B.'s youngest cute little munchkin accompanied mommy to work on Sunday.  Instead of chillin' during the weekend, Mel had a business meeting in Sydney for her show "X Factor Australia," which just premiered today.  So she brought 11-month-old Madison along.  And left her hubby (Madison's dad) Stephen behind as it was a day for the girls.

Working a figure hugging pale pink and black mini dress and sky high heels, Mel B. managed to balance her baby girl and work yesterday in preparation for today's "X Factor Australia' premiere.

The newest judge for the fourth season of the Aussie spinoff show brought her cute little girl to a business meeting on Sunday at Sunrise Studios.  Madison had her blankie and Winnie the pooh stuffed animal in tow to keep her company.

Awww. 

Mel did a guest judging stint on the "X Factor UK."  So now that she's a mentor and a judge for the Aussie version, she says she's muc more involved with the contestants.  No days off for her.
