Jay-Z is on daddy duty! Mr. Carter was spotted arriving via helicopter with his baby girl Blue Ivy. The rap head honcho is pulling double duty as he's also in the middle of getting ready for his first annual Made In America Festival in Philly, kicking off this Saturday. Pics of Hov & B.I.C. inside...

PaPa Jay hopped off the heli...looking photoshoot fresh...in NYC this afternoon. And with Blue Ivy in tow, of course. It was just daddy and his little girl, sans mama Beyonce, skipping into the city ahead of this weekend's Made In America Festival.

Blue had her ears covered with protective headphones as the twosome made their arrival:

Awww. And if you're not making it to Philly this weekend to catch Drake, Rita Ora, Odd Future, Maybach Music, Jill Scott, D'Angelo, Jay himself and plenty more, no worries. Jay will be live streaming the 2-day event via Pandora & Youtube. Get ready....

Am I the only one that can

Am I the only one that can see that Jay is NOT pushing her head into his shoulder? In some of the pics, her head is STILL down and he's not holding it. An 8 month old baby would be holding her head up on her own by now. I honestly think she's asleep and her head is resting on his shoulder/chest.

Blue Ivy is not the first

Blue Ivy is not the first child born to famous parents. We have watched so many celebrity children grow up in front of the camera so that is no excuse. And pushing her head into their shoulder doesn't stop loud noises. Hiding her is just making the paparazzi more hungry to catch that money shot. As for her hair, a little moisture wouldn't hurt, she is 8 months old. WOW IGNORANCE IS BLISS!!!

They have very tight security so I'm sure no one would even get close enough to harm their child. I'm not a stan so I don't really care if I ever see BIC (or Jay & Bey for that matter).
