Once again, this is exactly why uneducated people shouldn't speak. Do your research. Black people only make up 13% of the U.S. population while whites make up 72% of the U.S. population. Roughly 39.8% of black Americans are on welfare and 38.8% of white Americans are on welfare. So if there are 300 million Americans total, that means that only 15 million blacks are on welfare while 82 million whites are on welfare. So who exactly is lazy?
