Jay-Z Gets PICTURE PERFECT Outside Of Barclays Center, Preps Live Stream Of Concert Finale

Brooklyn's own Jay-Z posted a picture perfect photo to his Life+Times website. He's seemingly on top of the world overlooking the new home of the Brooklyn Nets--the Barclays Center.

Check out the pic, plus the trailer for tonight's live stream of his concert finale...

He calls it 'The house that Hov built,' and he's pretty much right. Even as only part owner of the Nets on paper, Jay has been the most influential in not only bringing the team to his hometown, but constructing the much needed publicity for the new NBA team.

He posted the above pic of himself overlooking the arena, with the title "No Ceilings," saying:

On the roof at 560 State St. Words can’t describe.

And tonight, he rocks the Barclays Center stage for the last of his 8 sold out concerts. And if you haven't been one of the lucky ones to go throw up your diamond in the crowd, Mr. Carter is live streaming tonight's big finale concert via his Life+Times Youtube channel.
