Ne-Yo celebrated his 33rd birthday in New York City last night with his celeb friends Fabolous, Emily B. & Estelle. See the pics inside and listen to his latest track "Forever Now."

Last night, Compound Ent. and Malibu RED threw a surprise party for superstar Ne-Yo at NYC hotspot ACME. He was presented with a birthday cake to celebrate turning the big 3-3, and it featured artwork from his upcoming R.E.D. disc.

He partied with friends like Estelle, Bridgett Kelly and Tyson Beckford.

Rapper Fabolous attended with long-time girlfriend and reality star Emily B. Guess these two are still going strong.

Ne-Yo thanked fans for the well wishes and tweeted, "Thanks for the birthday wishes! I can't wait for y'all to hear the new album. "R.E.D." November 6th!! RT"

In 2010 Ne-Lie had a 31st birthday bash @ Greenhouse NYC, as posted by Necole Bitchie. Up until just recently Ne-Lie's Wiki page stated that he was born in 1979. His old ass is NOT an 80's baby. Ne-Lie, left it too late in the game to start lying about his age. Especially when there's video footage all over the damn net of him telling his real age. I can't stand this narcissistic asshole. His hairline is every bit 33yrs old!!!
