FINALLY: Sheree Whitfield SCORES $75K CHILD SUPPORT Judgment From Ex-Husband Bob Whitfield

Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Sheree Whitfield's child support battle ended recently with a judge awarding her $75K in missed payments.  And we all know the drama she went through to get that ish.  Get the deets inside...

Though she's no longer a part of the "RHOA" cast, Sheree Whitfield's storyline finally came to a close as she won her long hard battle for child support from ex-husband Bob Whitfield.  And we all know chick needs to money to complete "Chateau Sheree" and to pay her lawyers and to finally stop getting her cars reposessed.

Bob, who signed a $30M contract with the Atlanta Falcons in 2000, had missed 38 monthly payments of $2,142, and now owes Sheree over $81K.

A judge told Bob he has until November 11th to fork over $75K to Sheree or he will face the wrath of the court.  But it wasn't all bad news for Bob as his payments were reduced to $1,000 per month for the next 12 months before they shoot back up to $2,142.

I'm probably a Nutty DingBat for commenting on this.....b/c I have no kids.....but once it's court ordered....the state takes it from his checking account (at least in Florida, they don't play)

every state is different.

every state is different. depending on the person's situation: if they are employed they can have their paychecks garnished, if they aren't employed they can begin to have some of their assets seized, if they don't have a job, assets, bank account, etc... ah well, lock em up!

Yes....you are a nutty dingbat...and that's why we all love you and your crazy but hilarious comments......lol....I know here in D.C....it kinda works the same way but it's not exactly instantaneous...like the court issues the judgment, but its up to the party or their attorney to go on a chase to attach the judgment on the persons bank account or wages.

Golddigger or not, the

Golddigger or not, the children are here and need to be taken care of by their dad. I think that is besides the point, if he has doubts about how the money is being used then he should have his lawyers write a request for an account of how the money is spent. It is not fair on his children that they get punished because he wants to get back at his ex wife.
