While Hurricane Sandy's devastating waters are keeping Kanye's penthouse in Soho, NYC without power, Mr. West jetted down to Miami to be with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian today.

Peep the pics of their airport reunion...and 'Ye's make up session with the paparazzo he tried to attack a while back, plus Kim & Kanye on a double lunch date with Kourtney & Scott...

Kanye hopped off his flight to Miami this morning to join up with his camera loving boo Kim K. as she continues to film her "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" reality show.  And look who he ran into while his girlfriend was scooping him up in her black Rolls Royce:

Yep, the same paparazzo chick he got into a fight with a few weeks ago outside of Prime 112 after she asked him a question about Kim's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush, who was dining nearby at the time.

The twosome hugged it out and are now besties.

Not really, but I'm sure they are in her head.

Afterwards, everybody changed clothes--Kim into a completely see thru lace black top and black ill-fitting leather pants--to grab lunch at Makoto restaurant in Bal Harbour and to do a little shopping:

Kim's sis Kourtney and her boyfriend/baby's daddy Scott Disick joined them for a double lunch date.

Well isn't that special.
