Ciara Flaunts Her Killer Legs At BILLBOARD Women In Music Luncheon 2012

Ciara knows how to flaunt her best assets for any event...and that would be her killer legs. At today's Billboard Women In Music Luncheon at capitale in NYC, the singer made her way to the event in a hot leather mini dress and her usual sky high heels.

In a black two-sided leather/fabric mini dress and black suede Louboutins, Ciara and her shorter blonde waves made her way to Capitale in NYC today for BILLBOARD's Women In Music Luncheon honoring their Woman of the Year--Katy Perry.

Once inside, the hot-bodied 27-year-old rocked the red carpet for the cameras:

And she posed it up with the woman of the hour saying, "Had A Great Time 2Day At Billboards Woman Of The Year Event.. @katyperry Is Truly 1 Awesome Lady! Ow!"

Nice! Ci's scheduled to release her One Woman Army album December 4th.

Say what you want about Ciara... she is looking better with age... at the end of the day, when the fans are gone, and the awards and the money are not flowing like they used to...all you have is yourself to look at...at least you can see that she is working on being a better 'her'.... Kudos :-)
