THE SHOW'S OVER: Katt Williams ANNOUNCES His RETIREMENT From STAND-UP Comedy

Troubled comedian Katt Williams has announced that he's walking away from stand-up comedy. Well, according to an interview he did with a tv news station. See video of his tearful announcement inside....

With tears streaming down his face, Katt Williams announced on Seattle's KOMO News 4 that he is retiring from stand-up comedy. The statement comes on the heels of his arrest in Seattle after a string of fights with random people and an entire year of embarassing and violent outbursts.

Looking worn and weary and barely like himself during the street interview, Katt says he's already discussed his decision with his kids before explaning, "I'm kinda done."

I hope he realizes that he is

I hope he realizes that he is in control of his actions and not god or the devil. He can turn his life around whenever he chooses but it wont be as easy as saying a prayer. Retiring seems like a good first step.

He needs to retire from everything because when I first looked at the picture, I couldve sworn it was Flava Flav! I dont feel sorry for him going from city to city acting an ass! Retired or not, those folks in Oakland are mad and I know he better stay outta there for his own good. Hell, where can he go? IDK but the only time I ever

IDK but the only time I ever found Katt Williams funny was as Money Mike in Friday After Next. His stand-up is whack; just full of unnecessary cussing and he looks like he's geeked up the whole time on drugs. I think a step back and a long semi-permanent retirement are in order for him.
