So a naked pic was sent out around the net today by a person claiming that it was rapper Joe Budden and his penis parts in the photo.  Now Joe tells us it's not him in the pic.  And he had a few other things to say....

The naked pic (below) that hit the net today was said by the anonymous source to be "small d*ck Joe Budden"--as stated in the subject line of the email.  And the anonymous source claimed to have looked through the rapper's phone and found it while he wasn't looking saying, "While he was out in Cali we got in that n*gga's phone. Now we see why all his girls end up cheating on him."

Now, Joe, who is set to appear on "Love & Hip Hop" Season 3 (NYC), claims it's definitely not him in the image. As for the tattoos that match up almost exactly, Joe says it's the work of Photoshop.  And he said he would even have his exes testify on his behalf...about his manhood.

He sent a statement via his rep saying:

"I have always been very honest and transparent with my fans. I have been fearless in everything I do. I stand behind ALL of my actions. So, seeing the post today was just as much as a surprise to me as it was to everyone else. So, to put the rumors to rest, that is not me, JOE BUDDEN. I'm willing to put any of my exes (not the angry ones of course, I digress) on the stand to prove this.
