Allen Iverson is now officially divorced from Tawanna Iverson, but a judge also "officially" blasted him for being an alcoholic and bad parent along the way.  Find out what the judge said inside....

After a very long custody battle and extended divorce proceedings, Allen and Tawanna Iverson are officially free of each other, but the bruising battle put a lot of Allen's personal demons on display. 

In the final divorce decree, TMZ reports that the judge blasted Allen for being an alcoholic and his bad parent skills.  It said,

"[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development.

For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired.

He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother."
 

Because he doesn't know how to "parent" or simply isn't willing to own up to his demons, Tawanna now has legal and physical custody of the kids and Allen has limited visitation rights.  

And for the good of the family, Allen was ordered to attend counseling, join AA, stay away from drinking for 18 months and he has to refrain from drinking for 24-hours prior to visiting his kids (until they ALL turn 18-years-old).

SMH.....those are actually great rules to follow for anyone who's a parent.
