Glad you look good, but to get a flat tummy, a person's diet must be on point and you can get away with exercising 3 days a week! I talk that talk because that's what I did. I was lazy after having my daughter and would only exercise 3 days a week, but my diet was on point and I lost the weight. Consistency is the key!
