The Oscar parties are just as big as the Oscars themselves.  We've got pics of everyone who hit up Elton John's annual viewing party, plus the biggest Oscar afterparty hotspot: the Vanity Fair party....

The Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Party is an annual party held for the last 20 years!  And it's become THE place to be...other than inside the Dolby Theater at the actual show.

On hand to help raise millions for AIDS research at the pink/red/gold themed extravaganza at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood were Chris Brown, Solange, Nicki Minaj, and Nicki's "Idol" co-host Randy Jackson.

Chris made a statement (not sure what that statement is exactly though) in his Angelo Galasso suit, complete with an animal print jacket.  She paired it with red trimmed Alberta Ferretti shoes and Thom Browne glasses for a young studious look.  Throwback Chris from his teen days...

The "Home" singer posed it up with the man of the hour, Sir Elton himself.

And he posed it up with his homies Nicki and Randy.

Nicki kept it surprisingly chic yet boobalicious in this white strapless metallic belted waist dress and sparkling sandals.  And her own MAC lavender pink lipstick as well.

She kicked it with Kim & Kourtney Kardashian.  And damn....we know Nicki is mad short and so are the Kardashians.  But she's almost towering over them!  How tall are these chicks?

Naomi Campbell brought her perfection to her good friend's party.

And she posed it up with her long time friend Quincy Jones and fellow model/reality show host Heidi Klum, who looked gorgeous in a silver & gold Julien Macdonald gown.

NaNa also posed with her good friend, designer Zac Posen.

UK singer Emeli Sande showed off her svelte new figure.

And posed it up with Miley Cyrus who was in a gorgeous white, backless Azzaro dress.

Olympic gold medalist Allyson Felix kept it chic and simple in a navy blue strapless gown.

Nicole Richie never disappoints on a carpet.  She kept it cool in a white long sleeved flowing gown with black leather trim as she hit the carpet with her husband Joel Madden.

Mel B. rocked a pretty strapless pale pink gown with a feathered skirt with a slit as she osed with her husband Chris.

And actress Lorraine Toussaint also hit the carpet.

Leave it to Jim Carrey to take over the carpet with some foolery.  He and his BIG ASS FEET (who made these?) posed it up with former "IDol" judge Steven Tyler and Randy.

And over at the Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty, the stars were in full force:

Paula Patton dazzled in a gold sparkling Mac Duggal gown as she posed it up with a Versace-rocking Halle Berry.

And Paula and her boobs posed with her hubby, "Real Husbands of Hollywood" star Robin Thicke.

Solange Knowles made a statement in yellow sequined Emilio Pucci gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.  Gorge.

Jen threw back on her Cavalli Couture gown after performing in a Kaufman Franco design.

Rasheeda Jones kept it sparkly in a sleeveless blue sequined gown.

John Legend, fresh off selling his NYC condo for a $775,000 profit, attended the party with his fiancee Chrissy Teigen.

Jamie Foxx and his gorge daughter Corinne spent some QT at the afterparty.

Oscar winner Octavia Spencer took off those Prada shoes extra quick when she hit that afterparty with Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Chelsea Handler.  There was no assistant or friend she could have passed them to for the pic though?  Gotta love the realness.

Regina King and her toned bod looked nice in her silver frock.

Olympian Gabby Douglas popped up for the festivities of course in a Donna Karan dress.

And actor Chris Tucker cuddled up with his date.
