Following a big night at the Academy Awards, Jennifer Hudson was seen leaving LAX yesterday. See pics of the "Dreamgirl" heading inside the airport with little David Jr. inside....

Sunday night, the world watched in awe as Jennifer Hudson took the stage at the Academy Awards and belted out "And I Am Telling You" before a crowd of millions. The Oscar winner paid tribute to the film that made her an international star, Dreamgirls.

Yesterday, Jen and little David were spotted arriving at LAX on their way out of the city. She tweeted, "We had fun!!! Until next time .... Oh Oscar !! Big congrats to all the winners !!!"

And just in case Jen ran into any handsy TSA agents, little David and his plastic sword were there to ward off any danger.

Jen, who's currently starring in "Smash" was recently featured on Maya Angelou's spoken word album "Telling Our Stories."

I was NEVER a fan of

I was NEVER a fan of Jennifer. I didn't like her attitude when she was voted off American Idol - she was a sore sport!!! Glad I was voting for Fantasia. I do wish Jennifer the best - but she needs to stick to acting even though she can sing. Her songs are way too mature and aren't connecting with the folks they need to connect with. smh! Who's her manager?

Maybe I'm being too judgmental here but why is she wearing headphones while out in public with her son??? When I'm out with my child I feel like I need to be completely aware of what is going on around us. I would think it would be even more important if I was a celebrity. I guess that's what security is for.
