Beyonce Knowles threw on her construction hat, cargo jacket and Isabel Marant sneakers (and always keeping some chicness with the leather pants) to officially get back to work last night. Check out what she's up to inside...

After a few weeks break after a very busy beginning of 2013, Beyonce posted some fun pics on her Tumblr and Facebook saying "Back to work" last night. And the fab chick looked fresh faced and cute playing around on a construction cart and in a construction hat...and we wonder if she's on the set--which is in the making--of her upcoming Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.

She's kicking things off in the UK next month, and those tix for virtually every city sold out in 10 minutes. Same here in the states. And since announcing her tour a few weeks ago, she's added a few more shows to cities like London and Brooklyn.

I have a question though. Ummm, what will she be performing on this tour? If it's all of her prior songs and no new material, you'll have to admit that Bey is a bad ass chick for selling tickets the way that she is!! I'm not mad at her one bit!! Keep pressing Mrs. Carter!!

and I just know I dont see a Rhino stan in here commenting on someones ticket sales even with stubhub buying her tickets she only sold out like 30/60 shows while Bey has sold I believe 57/64 shows in the matter of two weeks..have a stadium worth of seats...Im sure theres plenty at her show

every highly anticipated

every highly anticipated concert percentage of tickets get sold to scalpers about 3000 tickets per show depending on the size of the arena...so that means she still sold 17/20,000 seat arena..and they still end up getting sold...every popular act weither its Rihanna, Madonna, or Michael (This Is It Tour) goes through that and there's nothing they can do about it...the show is still sold out because they all sold out from the primary seller (ticketmaster) and its stubhubs goal to get rid of those which they will...stop tryna discredit like this is uncommon

Beyonce didn't sale out anywhere in 10 minutes you can go to StubHub.com and they have over 1000 tickets for each tour stop at astronomical prices. So I wouldn't exactly call her Michael Jackson. But umm okay if u wanna believe everything the media puts out:-) carry on.
