REPORT: Suspect Arrested In Case Of Kile Glover's Jet Ski Accident

A person has reportedly been arrested in relation to Usher's stepson and Tameka Raymond & Ryan Glover's son, Kile. Details inside...

11-year-old Kile Glover was struck by a jet ski last summer while floating on an innertube on Lake Lanier. Now, seven months after his death, a suspect in connection to Kile's death has been arrested.

TMZ reports that Jeffrey Simon Hubbard, who was reportedly driving the jet ski that hit Kile, was indicted yesterday by a Grand Jury in Hall County, Georgia.

According to the D.A., Jeffrey was indicted for Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, and Reckless Operation of a Vessel. He is currently being held without bail, and will face a judge in a bail hearing this weekend.

I agree with my fellow

I agree with my fellow bloggers: Mr. Raymond is no longer the "stepfather" of the deceased, as that "legal" relationship terminated with his divorce from the child's mother. I think it is much more disrespectful to Mr. Glover to relegate him to second class status, and an afterthought, in the reporting of his son's death.

Unfortunately Usher's name was used to give this story relevance. Tameka even stated that she asked him to tweet #pray4kile during his hospitalization. Most people would not have even known about this tragedy if not for the connection to a super star. How many of you are guilty of checking celebrity gossip before local news. Praying for ALL suffering from the loss of this young man.

I own a car, and accidents happen all the time :). If a person operates a vehicle RECKLESSLY, and causes injury/death to another person or property, they are criminally liable for that "accident" ---if the "average" person would have known that operating said vehicle in the manner it was operated in was likely to cause damage. Very simple legal concept.

I will leave with a couple words, and please read very slowly: N-E-G-L-I-G-E-N-CE, and add another to it: C-R-I-M-I-N-A-L. Taken together, you have criminal negligence; ask ANY first year law student the definition, or Google the term. The man was arrested, and charged with a CRIME, as have several others who NEGLIGENTLY operate motorized vessels, ON WATER OR OFF leading to the injury or death of others. FTR, people have gotten tickets for speeding on the waters, as there are posted speed limits, especially in waters in which there are endangered species such as sea turtles, etc. Of course, you would have known this if you ACTUALLY owned a boat! Now, who is WRONG!!!!!!
