Judge DENIES Michael Jordan's Request For Paternity Case Dismissal!

Michael Jordan just lost his request to dismiss the paternity case involving a 16-year-old possible son. Deets inside...

Yesterday, Michael Jordan's legal team headed to court to faceoff against Pamela Smith over a paternity claim. And it wasn't the outcome MJ wanted. The request for dismissal that Michael and his lawyer, John Mayoue, filed a few weeks ago was dismissed, Pamela's rep confirms to TheYBF.com.

Pamela claims her 16-year-old son is actually Michael's son. And she's been going hard in the court system to prove it.

Now that Michael's request to dismiss her claim has been rejected in Fulton County Court, another court date will happen soon to determine if or when the basketball icon will need to take a paternity test.

Meanwhile, Michael and his fiance Yvette have recently filed for their marriage license in Florida. They don't seem to be letting this case interfere with their approaching wedding.

It's interesting that when the genders are reversed there is nary a peep heard about treating cases in this manner. If the woman's husband were supporting the child from birth then after 16 (or 8 years in this case) years took a DNA test to determine if it was his 'biological' child or not and it was proven that the child was NOT his biological child I guarantee you that the VAST majority of the women in here would be saying, "He's the only father that the child knows and he's been paying for the child this long... DNA doesn't make you a father. It's in the best interest of the child for this man to continue to be on the hook for Child Support for a child that is not biologically his. We don't give a damn that you were cuckold." In essence they would not give a good got-dayum about the guy who is having to continue to support a child that is not his biological child. The courts look at this in the EXACT same way that it is stated above. But NOW... that the genders are reversed... and the man who is not the husband says, "The Child already has a father and it is in the best interest of the child to be connected with the father who took care of him while he was married to the child's mother." it's a problem. Now it's 'Take the DNA test." Now it's "Man up!". Hypocrites!

I understand why he's protesting. Imagine if every woman he's ever slept with came out and said their kid was his? You know how people are! And this chick was married too so it's not like her hubby can't be the father. Has her ex taken a paternity test? I think not. What a mess.

MJ needs to take the test and prove that he's not the father - point blank! Why is he stalling? I'll tell you why - - because he's the father. If he wasn't, I'd like to think that he would've taken that test a long time ago to get the issue away from him. smh!

Mommy is trying to double

Mommy is trying to double dip. First her husband is the dad and when he stops paying, then she recalls that MJ is her kid's dad. She should have womanned up to her husband 16 years ago and settled this mess then. In some states, the husband is automatically put onto the birth certificate as the father. She knew there was possibility that wasn't true so she should have spoken up then.
