2016 GRAMMY RED CARPET -- Andra Day, Janelle Monae, Zendaya & Lianne La Havas Take Major Risks, Do We Love 'Em?!
It’s the biggest night in music and the perfect occasion to take a risk or two. Andra Day, Janelle Monae, Zendaya and Lianne La Havas are taking risks and looking FAB while doing so. Peep their Grammy Awards arrivals and decide who rocked your favorite look inside….
The soulful songstress stepped out for the biggest night in music and made a huge splash with her look. She glammed it up in a silk emerald green mermaid style Michael Costello gown with a white fur stole and white fur sandals for an old Hollywood glam look.
She finished her look with a vintage updo and a fire red lippie.
Andra performed her hit track "Rise Up" and a duet with Ellie Goulding. But before she hit the stage, she trekked the carpet with her parents. She said they have been her biggest inspiration and she wanted to share the special evening with them.
Red carpet slayer Janelle Monae was up to her usual fabulousness. She served an avante garde look in a Jean Paul Gaultier creation, keeping true to her signature black-and white theme. She accessorized her look with earrings and a ring by Pasquale Bruni and Carrera y Carrera diamond rings.
The WONDALAND honcho came out to support her artists Jidenna and Roman GianArthur on their Grammy nomination in the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for hit track "Classic Man." Unfortunately for them, Kendrick Lamar took home the win in the category.
By now, you know Zendaya loves a different and daring look. The Disney starlet wasn’t too daring with her look, but she did step out the box with her new ‘do.
The new CoverGirl spokeswoman did her own make up and used all CoverGirl products. Nailed it.
The “K.C. Undercover” star rocked a double-breasted Dsquared suit for an androgynous vibe with Butani diamond rings and a Casa Reale diamond ring. It's giving us David Bowie tease, so we can' help but wonder if she was saluting the music icon who recently passed away.
She kept with the blonde cropped wiggery, but added hair in the back making it a mullet. Certainly a risk.
Nominee Lianne La Havas popped up on the carpet in a bold colored Vivenne Westwood one-shouldered princess gown.
Her boyfriend Ben Baptie came out to support her for her Grammy nomination. She was in the running for the Best Urban Contemporary Album for her Blood LP, but The Weeknd ended up winning the award.
