Diddy has a sexual harassment lawsuit on his hands. And his former personal chef is the one dragging him in court. Find out what she said about having to serve the Hip Hop mogul right after having sex, lewd comments he made towards her and more inside…

Diddy’s former personal chef is suing him and she’s spilling all types of tea on what it was like working for the Hip Hop mogul.

In a new sexual harassment lawsuit, Cindy Rueda claims Diddy would “summon” her to serve up meals right after he and his guests "engaged in or immediately following sexual activity." On one occasion, the Bad Boy honco was naked when she walked in the room and he allegedly asked her if she liked what she saw.

In another alleged occurrence, Cindy claims some of Diddy’s friends asked her to check out rapper's man parts while he was standing in the kitchen naked.

TMZ reports:

Rueda says she complained about sexual harassment to one of Diddy's assistants, and as a result was set up by another staffer to make it look like she'd stolen one of his watches. According to the suit, she was fired with a string attached -- if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy, she wouldn't be prosecuted.

She says she refused to sign and was terminated a year ago.

The chef is suing for “wrongful termination, sexual harassment and violation of whistleblower protection.”

Do these accusations surprise you?

Diddy doesn’t seem bothered by the lawsuit though. On Sunday, the Hip Hop mogul hit up Rockwell in Miami with DJ Clue, Joey Bada$$, DJ Spade and more for some late night fun.
