So sources (credible sources) are reporting that both Beyonce Knowles and Shawn Carter have taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY today. Now y'all know I never really report on Bigga Marriage Watch since it's always false. But this one just might be the truth. Apparently the marriage license gives them 60 days to actually wed.
