Nicole Spence, who works as the Talent Booker for the Wendy Williams Experience (and also was featured in Essence.com's 30 dates in 30 days show), has filed papers with the EEOC claiming that she was constantly forced to try to have sex with Wendy WIlliams' husband--by Wendy's husband himself Kevin Hunter. And that Kevin constantly beat Wendy's ass around the studio, making her very uncomfortable. The NY Post scoops: "Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to 'f- - -' me," Spence charges. I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio," Spence says in the complaint. In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head." WTF material indeed. Wendy, of course, denies this whole situation and says about Nicole: "The b*tch is out of her mind." We all know about Wendy's past with her cheating/abusive hubby Kevin paired with her drug abuse--all of which she admits to. But according to Wendy, things did a 180 degree turn over the years. But it looks like her Talent Booker Nicole sees otherwise. Wasn't Nicole damn near Wendy's BFF? Interesting. An inside source has also schooled me to the fact that Nicole was jobless after her initial internship with the Wendy Williams Experience. So Wendy actually created the Talent Booker position for her to help her out since Wendy had taken her on like a little sister. Apparently, Nicole is very much known as an opportunist and uses people to get what she wants. I surely hope that's not the case here. But then again, Wendy's new movie about her life should be releasing soon. And we all know she of all people knows how to created an intentional publicity stir for a purpose. Mmhmm.

So the Post has a 5 page article about Michael Jackson and Co. being on the road back from riches to rags.  But this excerpt right here pretty much sums it up: Marlon Jackson, 51, an original Jackson Five member who stocks shelves at a Vons supermarket in San Diego, had to temporarily move into an extended-stay hotel. Randy, 46, does odd jobs, including fixing cars in a Los Angeles garage owned by a family friend. He recently claimed Michael was going to give him $1.7 million - "a pipe dream," said another brother last week. Jackie, 56, the oldest and most debonair of the brothers, is struggling to manage his son Siggy's aspiring rap career after an Internet clothing business startup and attempts to produce music failed. Jermaine, 54, shuttles back and forth from his girlfriend's home in Ventura County, Calif., to his parents' mansion in Encino, where Jackie and Randy still bunk. Tito, 55, is the only brother still making music, but it's a meager living. The guitarist fronts a blues and jazz band that plays small venues and nets him $500 and $1,500 per occasional gig - a far cry from the days when the Jacksons could pull in 50,000 people at $30 a ticket. And we all know Mike's financial status.  And apparently Janet's trying to suport everybody at this point.  I'm no Greenspan, but from the looks of things (including them relying on Janet), their joint economic status is f'd up.  Good luck with that.

So it looks like YBF chick D. Woods is stepping out on her own--modeling wise that is.  The YBF caught up with her at the MTB 4 finale taping this weekend and she dished about her new side gig.  She has teamed up with LRG and will be the new face for the Luxirie by LRG line.  As expected, it is streetwear-tees, denim, activewear, etc.  It all makes sense since she calls herself "Sneaker Girl".  Y'all know we had to ask her about that Heatherette frock she rocked last week with the Nikes.  Her response, "I'm Sneaker Girl and I'll use any opportunity to be comfortable and wear sneakers."  Work it out then chick.

In sad news, Corinne Bailey Rae's husband, saxophonist Jason Rae, was found dead this weekend in his Leeds, England apartment.  Pic of them together here.  And People.com is now reporting that Jason Rae is a victim of a possibe drug overdose, but the family is still awaiting toxicology reports.  Corinne and Jason had been married since 2001.  Sad news and condolences to Corinne and the families.

Mary J. Blige and Headliner Market Group hosted the official afterparty for MJB/Jay-Z's kick off for their Heart Of The City tour in Miami.  It all went down at Karu and Y:   MJB and Kendu were looking chill. And um, it's clearly evident that Siovaughn has been MIA for a long ass minute.  And thanks to the rumors of their split, it seems like she's not re-entering the picture anytime soon.  So is this your new lil boo Dwyane Wade?  Looking extra close if you ask me...
