Maybe Nas was right when he said it’s time for Rev. Al and Rev. Jesse to step aside and let the next generation be “the voice” of the community.  Because these “slip ups” are getting out of control.  Good ol Fox News has released (not the full transcript but in a report apparently) a second part of the tape where Jesse Jackson was caught talking ish about Barack Obama when he thought his mic was off.  And this time he was calling black folks the “N” word.  Nope, not nuts.  N*ggers.  Wasn’t he the first one to hop pon the “How dare Nas make a song like “N*gger” ” train?  Publicly denouncing it before he even heard what it was about?  Hypocritical much?

And of course, he’s got an “I’m sorry” statement yet again for the Obama camp.  According to the Associated Press:

In additional comments from that same conversation, the Reverend Jackson is reported to have said that Senator Obama was “talking down to black people”, and referred to blacks as “niggers” when he said Senator Obama was telling them “how to behave”.

The network declined to release the full transcript of the July 6 show and did not air the comments.

Mr Jackson - who is travelling in Spain - apologised in a statement yesterday for “hurtful words”, but didn’t offer specifics. “I am deeply saddened and distressed by the pain and sorrow that I have caused as a result of my hurtful words. I apologise again to Senator Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, their children as well as to the American public,” he said in a written statement.

“There really is no justification for my comments and I hope the Obama family and the American public will forgive me.

“I also pray that we, as a nation, can move on to address the real issues that affect the American people.”

And Terrence Howard is talking about how Bill Cosby almost ruined his career from the start.  Apparently Terrence’s first major role ever was on The Cosby Show back in ‘88 and they ended up cutting his scenes.  So after going off onthe show’s producer and Mr. Cosby himself, Bill proceeded to black ball him int he industry for years.  But of course, he came up anyway.  Story

GAl (If you don’t know that name I need you to ask a fellow YBF reader) went and got this professionally made Youtube channel just to debunk some damn rumors? Rumors that he so constantly and adamantly declares are so untrue and so ridiculous? We don’t believe you Al. You need more people.

And what’s with all the “I’m from the south and in the south light skinned boys like me are called Pretty Boys” talk? The suspect-ness is tearing up my ears right now. On another note, these are by far some of the funniest videos of a quasi-celeb I have ever seen. And I really don’t think they were meant to be. This dude just couldn’t be my professor…

And she’s rocking a new look using a whole lot of pomade to slick down her fade. Meanwhile, her beau Chris Brown talked to the media recently about NOT talking to the media. He says he’ll always keep the public guessing about his “relationship” with Rihanna because it’s none of their business: 

“Nobody wants to focus on what’s positive, they want to know about my personal life. Every interview I do, they’re like, ‘So, how are you and such and such doing?’ And I’m like, I don’t know you, why you all in my business? So that’s my take on it personally.”

I was waiting for a valid source to confirm this here before I posted it and that it has.  Will Smith has confirmed what damn near everybody has suspected for several years now about he and Jada’s “open marriage”.  In an interview with UK magazine Reveal, Willy himself has confirmed that he and Jada ask for each other’s approval before they have sex with other people.  And I quote:

“Our perspective is, you don’t avoid what’s natural and you’re going to be attracted to people.” he says.

“And lots of sex makes for a good marriage too!”

Very interesting.  I put 5 on it Will tapped Charlize Theron.  He doesn’t go into detail whether this also applies to same sex relations as well…but from what I hear this marriage is as open as open can get.  And it definitely aint for everybody.  Speak on it…
