Rapper Lil Scrappy ended up in the slammer this weekend.  Here’s the report:

Lil’ Scrappy is currently being held without bail at the Dekalb County Jail in Decatur, GA, following a late night altercation that left the young artist stabbed, but in stable condition the other night.

While details of his arrest remain sketchy, the 24-year-old rapper, born Darryl Richardson, has been charged with firearm possession during a crime, marijuana possession, battery and obstruction of officers.

While a bail amount totaling $1500 has been issued for the misdemeanor battery and obstruction charges, Scrappy remains in custody at this time, as authorities make a bail determination on the felony drug and gun charges.

While Scrappy’s management did confirm that an incident took place, they would not comment on the situation.

Um, Diamond from Crime Mob…come get ya lil boo.

After the judge in 50 Cent’s child custody drama case recently ordered both 50 and his baby mama Shaniqua to take drug tests, both of theirs came back negative for ILLEGAL drugs.  Shaniqua did have opiates that she said were from cough syrup that showed up on her test.  This means that 50 may get more time with his son Marquise like he asked for and he is able to take him on vacation now.

And 50 Cent has officially asked the judge for more time to see his son Marquise. He was spotted on his way to court yesterday but so was his baby moms Shaniqua. (I swear I feel like I’m telling a joke). And while 50 has been telling everybody he’s pissy about the judges minimal order of time with his son, Shaniqua told the paps yesterday that 50 barely even talks to Marquise and hasn’t talked to him since Marquise’s b0day July 6th. And like it was cued on camera, her heel broke on her shoe while she was entering the courthouse. Mama always said God don’t like ugly.

What in the heezy is going on here? Michael Jackson was spotted being wheeled around in a wheelchair at his local Barnes and Noble bookstore yesterday and it left every patron who caught a glimpse of this quite confused.  Oh and it gets better.  While this time he was the one all covered up, his kids Paris, Prince, and Blanket were on full on exposure:

Jacko was accompanied by his three children, Prince Michael, 11, Paris, 10, and six-year-old Prince Michael II, to the Barnes & Noble toy store in Vegas. Jackson used a minder to ferry him into the store and was accompanied by an additional entourage of eight but wheeled himself around inside.

One shopper said: ‘He looked a bit weird wheeling himself around covered up in a surgeon’s mask. He was in the shop for about two hours in total. When they left, the children came out first and he was wheeled out behind them.’

Medics say Jackson is suffering from back injuries following a career of extreme dance moves. Others say his metal set of wheels is used as a prop.

According to TMZ, all is not well in the King fam.  Bernice King and Martin Luther King III are suing Dexter King, alleging he took “substantial funds” from the Estate of Coretta Scott King and put them in his personal piggy bank for his own use. They’re saying he’s fraudulent and they’re demanding a trial by jury.  This ought to get interesting.  And I know their parents are turning in their graves watching their children fight over some money.  Damn shame.

Sources tell me that shortly after this pic was taken this week, Latifah got into a motorbike accident after losing control of the vehicle.  I’m told she refused treatment at a nearby hospital and treated her wounds herself.  Glad you’re ok Queen.  I wonder if her “trainer” played Candystripper.  And no, that wasn’t a typo when I said Candystripper.
 

So while the A-Rod and C-Rod divorce happenings are heating up, it’s still a toss up as to whether or not Lenny Kravitz has been actually cheating with Cynthia Rodriguez. Lenny says they’re “just friends” and nothing more (the usual statement we hear right before they’re caught on camera damn near having sex in a KFC). But pictures just released show that they have been together on a vacation or trip before. And also, she was set to go visit him on his tour in Spain while she was in Paris recently. I don’t know about ya’ll but I don’t travel the world to go listen to a “friend” play when he lives in the same city as me. I’m just sayin…

But it could just all be a spiteful rumor C-Rod put out there after the Madonna/A-Rod rumors hit. Either way, something’s up with that Lenny and Mrs. C and I’m not taking a “just friends” for an answer. Because we all know a cheater will get left in the cold when it comes to alimony if that pre-nup is in order. And with that big ass contract A-Rod has I’m sure there’s a pre-nup ready and waiting. But um, let me find out Lenny Kravitz is homewrecking around these parts….

Shante Broadus, Snoop’s “high on life” wife, was cleared of her recent DUI charges after officials said there was not enough evidence to convict her. Oh, so they think a chick could look like that mug shot on the regular? Whatev. It’s evidence enough for me.

In other news, convicted felon (popped for coke possession a couple years ago) and Policeman of the Village People Victor Willis is having surgery on his strained vocal chords. He cancelled several of his European and Canadian solo tour dates because of it. The real question here is, who actually set up a solo tour for this dude and who the hell bought a ticket? Why do I have a feeling people will damn near riot when they get this news though? Y’all know the Village People have some cult-like fans.  Funny funny.

How the hell is it possible to get arrested 4 times in a matter of weeks?  DMX has been arrested yet again as of yesterday and this time it was for getting caught trying to buy a stash in Miami.   According to the police report, this is what went down:

DMX was busted as part of an undercover narcotics investigation. He approached an undercover Miami-Dade Police narcotics detective and requested to purchase “30 Powder & 15 Weed” — street slang for cocaine and marijuana. X handed over $45 — and was arrested.

Aren’t rappers supposed to have “people” that do ish like this for them?  I’m just sayin’.  Jesus take the wheel is an understatement right now.

Sources tell me that T-Pain is getting sued by 2 songwriters for allegedly jacking their song “I’m In Love With A Stripper”.  Apparently they waited until the song blew up and T-Pain got a little change before they sued for millions.  More money more problems.

And Diddy is still haunting J.Lo.  She’s been subpoened to testify in that infamous nightclub shooting that went down almost a decade ago involving her, Diddy, Shyne, and some other folks.  She didn’t testify 10 years ago when everything first happened, but she surely broke up with Diddy right after.  I wonder how all this is going to play out.
