DNC Celebrity Wrap Up

Last night was the end of the Democratic National Convention. And celebs have been hitting up parties all week in Denver:       Angie Bassett and Kerry Washington hit up the Creative Coalition sponsored festivities in Denver.  Did Angie just fly in from the beach or something? And Tatyana Ali, J.Lo, and others hit up the Black Eyed Peas' Benefit Gala and Voto Latino event for the DNC.  Everyone's looking pretty fab.   More pics when you read the rest...  

Barack Obama's Presidential Nomination Acceptance Speech & J-Hud's National Anthem

History was made yet again tonight as Sen. Barack Obama gave his formal acceptance speech at the DNC for his nomination of President of the United States. And his speech has appropriately taken place on this 45th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have Dream" Speech at the March on Washington. It's Official! Yes We Can!

  Just moments ago, Barack Obama was officially voted as the Democratic nominee for President of the United States of America at the Democratic National Convention.  After a few states officially gave their votes in their respective speechs, Sen. Hillary Clinton spoke over a cheerfully thunderous for NY and moved to suspend the roll call vote and officially name Sen.
