So much for last year's breakup rumors.  Whether they were true or not, Ashanti and Nelly seem to be officially official again.  Or at least, almost.

Well looky looky.  Serena Williams suffered the misfortune of having foot surgery last week in L.A....all thanks to a non-sports injury.  But she got through it with her besties...and her ex Common...by her side.

Despite rumors saying these two are no longer besties or even friends at all, Kelly Rowland and Beyonce were spotted (crappy image quality and all) taking in Jay-Z's concert in London yesterday.

 

Hov rolled his tour into the UK this week, and Kelly broke away from her promo schedule to spend some time with her girl.  Looks like all is still well with the Chil'ren.

Destiny's Child may be reuniting for their swan song.  D-Child fan sites are reporting that it's almost a done deal that every member ever in the group will all hit the stage for one last performance...after Kelly releases her next album.

 

Reportedly, Beyonce is still working on the best "mature" song/sound for the group to perform.  And the only person they are worried about carrying out the reunion is Farrah.

Russell Simmons got his old thing back.  Or did he?  He hit the 2010 Made In New York Spring Benefit last night at Guastivino's with his ex-girlfriend Katie Rost on his arm.  Yes, the same Katie that partook in the racial model beef with Russell's girlfriend that came after her Julie Henderson.

  Tia Mowry tweeted a story about the deal between BET and "The Game" nearing its final stages.  The show is on the verge of being resurrected.  Here's a snippet from the article: The cable network is expected to announce at its upfront presentation this month that it is resurrecting the CW sitcom with original episodes. The majority of the cast of "The Game," created by Mara Brock Akil, are expected to return. Because the options on the actors had expired following the show's cancellation in May, BET had to negotiate new deals with them. The network is expected to take lead in the production of the new episodes, with CBS Studios, which was behind "Game" when it was on CW, licensing the show to BET. Also, "Game" is expected to have a new showrunner, Salim Akil, who will take over for his wife, Brock Akil. Mara's husband Salimwill be in the head production seat when the show returns but the original cast is all slated to return.  Mara is working on other shows including being a lead production consultant for Courtney Cox's hit show "Cougar Town".    All those letters and petitions must have worked after all.  Sweet.
