I honestly thought the Russell Simmons and Porschla Coleman splitsville rumors were just that–rumors. But it is indeed true that P and R are the newest residents of Splitsville Lane. She’s moving out of his apartment and even found her a new one and took her furniture shopping. The folks over at BET claim that Russell’s newest entry over at the Huffington Post was actualy a secet sendoff to his girlfriend. You can check it out here as he gushes about her growth in yoga. Whatev.

Porschla told the Daily News today that she didn’t want to divulge any details about their breakup, but she did give this statement:

“I am not prepared to go into detail, but Russell is my best friend. There is no anger on either of our parts. It was a mutual decision. We just decided to be friends, and we’re both very happy.”

Mmhmm. But the real scoop I;m hearing is that our favorite mini divas Aoki and Ming Lee (Russell and Kimora Lee’s daughters) did not likey Ms. Porschla and they did not get along. And that caused a strain on P and R’s relationship. And I’m sure Ki Ki’s smart ass (but comical) comments about Ms. Porschla didn’t help. Meanwhile, Ming and Aoki love them some Djimon and it looks as though they wouldn’t mind mommy making him her second hubby.

Another possibe cause for the breakup? Porschla got what she needed out of the relationship and now it’s time to move on. My sources told me a while back that she and Russey only really interacted when cameras were around and Porschla clearly looked like an opportunist. Well I hope she’s happy with her video chick roles and KING magazine shoots. Because she will never be Ki Ki. I’m sure Russell will have yet another new—and younger—chick in a matter of days. Watch…

Well what do we have here?  After months of these two sneaking around and denying their relationship even after getting caught red handed, Cassie has confirmed she and her boss Diddy have split up.  And you had to be in a relationship first to split up right?  I hope Assie wasn’t having a blonde moment thinking that she can confirm they “split” without inevitably confirming they were together in the first place.  Regardless, it’s the truth.  According to US Magazine:

“I will confirm that rumor,” the 21-year-old told reporters who asked her to confirm split rumors at DJ Cassidy’s birthday at Cipriani 23rd Street.

Though Cassie tells Us she’s not seeing anyone special “right now,” a party source spotted Diddy and Cassie “slipping out” together after the soiree ended.

Aww shucks now.   I know Kim Porter is somewhere doing her happy dance and going out to buy yet another new set of “Welcome Back To Me” lingerie.  Meanwhile, Cassie’s album is slated to drop in September.  LOL at the fact she thinks that’ll actually ever happen.  Y’all know Diddy’s policy (especially when you don’t have a  lick of talent)–no nookie, no bookie.  Now will somebody PLEASE hand this chick a full time modeling contract?  Please and thank you.

Well what do we have here? Extremely reliable sources close to Mr. Raymond himself have confirmed to TheYBF.com that Usher has indeed filed for separation from his wife of only 9 months Tameka Raymond. I’m told he actually filed three weeks ago. And Usher is torn on whether he will be making an official announcement or not as he wants to save face and just let it “leak”. How convenient that his album releases in exactly 6 days, his second video hit the net today, and his album leaked yesterday. We’ve been here before with the pre-album release publicity stunts (remember the Chilli breakup right before Confessions?). So I’m really not surprised.

But it is interesting that Mrs. Raymond was just on set with Usher for his MTV snippet tapings on Sunday. At the very beginning of their relationship almost a year ago, sources were screaming left and right that this whole relationship was a sham and Tameka was strictly a pawn. And their relationship was all for publicity for his soon to be released album. And clearly this may not have been as far fetched as people thought.

At this time, it’s unclear as to what reason–if any–Ursh is going to give for their separation. But I have two guesses…both of which fit the classic Usher-pre-album-release-publicity stunts he has pulled before with previous album releases. Either the beef between the Mrs. and Mama Ursh is too much for Usher to handle, or he found out baby Usher V is not his. Regardless, Urshmeka is chillin’ on Splitsville Lane right now and time will only tell how this is all about to play out.

UPDATE: As expected, The Raymonds are denying their separation to other gossip sources (but not to this gossip source).  Extra hard.  And we all know this isn’t the first time a celeb (namely Usher) has denied something in a “statement” that ended up actually being true. TheYBF.com is sticking by its previous story. Let the publicity circus continue…

 Oh hi there Gabe.  We haven’t seen you since a week before 2 month old Nahla was born.  Glad to see dude is still in the picture.  He and Halle were spotted on a shopping date yesterday in L.A.

And are people really still checking for Diddy like this?  Dude is getting mauled everywhere he goes in Cannes these days while he’s there for the Film Fest festivities.  And he was caught shh’ing the crowd yesterday as he hit up a friend’s book signing.  I wish Diddy would “Shhh” me…..

In case you were twiddling your thumbs waiing on this man to be single so you could have him all to yourself, Jermaine Jackson is officially a free man.  His divorce from his ex wife Alejandra is now final.   

While Nas is insisting that his album title has NOT been changed, Def Jam reps are confirming to media outlets that the title of Nasir’s upcoming album has indeed been changed from “N*gger” to “Nasir”.  Sounds like somebody is in denial his ish got overruled.

So these two are serious?  MiMi’s been rocking a stunningly large diamond ring on her engagement finger all weekend while doing press in the NYC.  And when Nick Cannon’s (her rumored new lil boo) people were asked about it…they gave the standard “No comment.”  But when People caught up with the two at the Tribeca Film Fest and party at Tenjune this weekend, Nick said he “loved everything about her.”  Um, what?  Who saw this ish coming?  Certainly not me.  I was too blinded by the metallic and pastel spandex mini dresses.

Here’s a sneak peek into what’s going down on the best day ever May 1st (my birthday) on Divorce Court. Gary Coleman and his wife of a few months Sharon Price are already on Splitsville Lane and appeaing on the show that day:

“If he doesn’t get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a five-year-old does,” Price says, according to a transcript of the show provided to The Associated Press. “He like stomps the floor and yells, ‘Meehhhh,’ and starts throwing stuff around. He bashes his head in the wall, too.”

“When I try to state my case or explain things to her or try to get her to understand my point of view,” Coleman says, “my point of view doesn’t matter.”

Price also complains that Coleman has no friends and inexplicably disappears from home in the middle of the night. When Toler presses him, Coleman admits he is negative.
