Giants baller and 2008 Superbowl champion Plaxico Burress is in hot ass water this week. He was suspended a few days ago for one game and there was no word on why. Until reports came out about recent charges of domestic violence against his him by his wife Tiffany. Here’s the lowdown:
Records show Tiffany Burress called police on June 2 following what she said was an argument with her husband. When officers arrived, she claimed he had grabbed her. He, in turn, said his wife slapped him in the face.
No charges were filed, but Municipal Judge Terence P. Concoran granted Tiffany Burress a temporary restraining against her husband.
The order was later dismissed by a state Family Court judge in Paterson, police said.
Police were called again on Aug. 19. According to a report of the incident, Tiffany Burress left her husband at a New York nightclub after the two got into an argument there. Plaxico Burress arrived home later and began playing loud music, it says.
Citing the couple’s small child, Tiffany Burress called police to the house, records show. She got another municipal order against her husband — which also was dismissed at the state level.
Plaxico didn’t report these charges against him to the NFL, which breaks the rules. All charges must be reported. He also had an unexcused absence last week. But as of yesterday, the Giants say they won’t lift the suspension, but they are reducing his fines. WTF? What’s really hood Plaxico and Tiffany?

Allegedly, it’s the set of Chris’ “Superhuman” video. But he shot that with Keri Hilson, who is on the song unlike Ciara, weeks ago and she even talked about it on “106 and Park”. So either they’re re-shooting with Ciara, doing extra scenes with Ciara, or it’s for a whole new video all together. Let the rumor mill begin…

Once again Lil Wayne has skipped out on a show with no warning or reason. He was set to perform in Nassau, Bahamas this past weekend and didn’t. The host of the concert says that he was indeed on the island, but he was “being a prick about performing”. No word on whether his absence was money related. But yet again, he left his fans sorely disappointed.
YBF sources in the Bahamas tell me that people even bought $20,000 suites at the venue Wayne was supposed to perform at. And the promotion company hosting the concert, Red Tottle Red City Entertainment, is not giving any refunds to anyone as of yesterday. Damn! So of course, the Bahamians are in an uproar right now and are protesting against the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism.

Monday night, Janet Jackson had to cancel her tour stop in Montreal, Canada. Paparazzi sources on the scene say an ambulance rushed her to the nearest hospital at around 6.30pm last night. Unconfirmed reports suggest that she was too unwell to perform. At around 9:30pm, a black limo was seen bringing Janet back to her tour bus, and they then began moving on to the next venue. So if she’s still heading to her next spot for tonight’s performance, it’s likely it was nothing too serious. But then again, you never know.
Her publicist released an official statement minutes ago (shortly before midnight EST) saying Janet had been hospitalized after falling ill shortly before the concert. She “got suddenly ill” during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time.
The statement says Jackson was being monitored at the hospital and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about her condition.
