Well……I went to Trinity from 2004-2007, then I transferred out because the bums dropped their Computer Design Program, Now I’m at Strayer taking 4hr night classes (zzzzz)for Webpage Development & Design. Girl! lol! I feel you! When I had my son i was 60 pounds over weight and wearing a size 14! I got strict honey! my skin was looking good and everything after 6 months. here is what I did\
1. Glass water in the morning!
2. eat breakfest( Fruit,oatmeal,cereal,rice milk) or have a smoothie
3. Do 45 minutes intense cardio up hill( I worked my way up to the hill)
4. the next day I would do 45 minute weights with a tape! full body of course!
The next day I would do 30 minutes cardio and swimming(Love to swimm)
5. I stop eating after 7 P.m. (very big deal)
6. I did a toxic cleanse!
7. No read ,meat, fried foods, juice, and anything white!
You’ll look good girl! I know I do, but starbucks is a regular stop for me!

Well……I went to Trinity from 2004-2007, then I transferred out because the bums dropped their Computer Design Program, Now I’m at Strayer taking 4hr night classes (zzzzz)for Webpage Development & Design. Phew. Why Im happy that you’re almost done. School can be exhausting. Lawd, coffee never kept my azz awake. I shudder just thinking about it.

1. Glass water in the morning!
2. eat breakfest( Fruit,oatmeal,cereal,rice milk) or have a smoothie
3. Do 45 minutes intense cardio up hill( I worked my way up to the hill)
4. the next day I would do 45 minute weights with a tape! full body of course!
The next day I would do 30 minutes cardio and swimming(Love to swimm)
5. I stop eating after 7 P.m. (very big deal)
6. I did a toxic cleanse!
7. No read ,meat, fried foods, juice, and anything white!

I was able to lose most of the weight on my legs and stomach and arms! I did lose around the hips, but for most women the hips are troublesome! I think most black women have hips! cardio is the key! it helps melt fat! weights help you lose inchs and gain muscle, muscle burns fat! the secret to weight lose is what you eat! carbs go your hips and stomach! eat complex carb! Do CARDIO! I’m a cardio freak! up hill is best because It works all of your muscles. I’m a size 6-8 currently! I was aiming for a 4, but that was too much work!

Too jump in…also, try not to eat carbs in the evening..if you do, be conscious of your choices.
Try a book called Clean Eating Diet, it will understand what foods will help burn faster and will teach the foundations of clean eating.

I may sound naive, but I believe because I never been in love before. I’m 28 years old and never been in love before. I always put my school and career before trying to get serious with a guy. I felt like they were a complete waist of time. (With all the cheating and the lies) I never had a man to love me better than my father. So I’m looking forward to meeting that one. I am between an weight and a ten. I have no upper body at all…just all this fineness in my legs. LOL. I started training for a half marathon so I am up to 7 miles. I ran 6 yesterday and will run 7 tomorrow. Hopefully it will do something for these hips.

I was able to lose most of the weight on my legs and stomach and arms! I did lose around the hips, but for most women the hips are troublesome! I think most black women have hips! cardio is the key! it helps melt fat! weights help you lose inchs and gain muscle, muscle burns fat! the secret to weight lose is what you eat! carbs go your hips and stomach! eat complex carb! Do CARDIO! I’m a cardio freak! up hill is best because It works all of your muscles. I’m a size 6-8 currently! I was aiming for a 4, but that was too much work![/quote]

1. Glass water in the morning!
2. eat breakfest( Fruit,oatmeal,cereal,rice milk) or have a smoothie
3. Do 45 minutes intense cardio up hill( I worked my way up to the hill)
4. the next day I would do 45 minute weights with a tape! full body of course!
The next day I would do 30 minutes cardio and swimming(Love to swimm)
5. I stop eating after 7 P.m. (very big deal)
6. I did a toxic cleanse!
7. No read ,meat, fried foods, juice, and anything white!

this is what i did to get into my size 5 size jeans
1)morning yoga that on on demand
2)red berries special k with fruit
3)lunch strawberry special k bar with fruit and veggies
4) three to four big things of water
5) tea-bo 4X a week and ab workout
2 day of pilates and one rest day
6) eat what i want for dinner with in reason…lots of veggie and grilled chicken and stuff
weight came off really good

Im 28…about to be 29. I played volleyball in undergrad so I have always kept in shape, but damned if this weight wont run up on me if I stop/get lazy. mine doesnt creep. lol. And the little things pack on the pounds too. If I drink (and boy do i after a long work week) and eating late at night. when I was in undergrad we used to hit up IHOP after the club and I never gained anything!

1. Glass water in the morning!
2. eat breakfest( Fruit,oatmeal,cereal,rice milk) or have a smoothie
3. Do 45 minutes intense cardio up hill( I worked my way up to the hill)
4. the next day I would do 45 minute weights with a tape! full body of course!
The next day I would do 30 minutes cardio and swimming(Love to swimm)
5. I stop eating after 7 P.m. (very big deal)
6. I did a toxic cleanse!
7. No read ,meat, fried foods, juice, and anything white!

I was able to lose most of the weight on my legs and stomach and arms! I did lose around the hips, but for most women the hips are troublesome! I think most black women have hips! cardio is the key! it helps melt fat! weights help you lose inchs and gain muscle, muscle burns fat! the secret to weight lose is what you eat! carbs go your hips and stomach! eat complex carb! Do CARDIO! I’m a cardio freak! up hill is best because It works all of your muscles. I’m a size 6-8 currently! I was aiming for a 4, but that was too much work![/quote]

Wow! you are doing big things! I hate to run! it hurts my feet! I admire any chick that can do big things on the tracks! 7 miles is great! I usually do 4 or 5 and call it a day! The weight creeps up after 25 honey! I’ve watched all of my freinds blow up also! our fitness levels must increase with age! Upper body strnegth is built with weight and resistance training. Go on amazon and get some small weights and dvds. do the cardio for 30 minutes and do weights for like 15 to 20 minutes five days a week, you will see a huge difference after a few weeks. You should also increase your weights over a periode of time! it really comes down to not being lazy! jada is buff, i would never say i’m buff! I do wish i could cure my stretch marks though!:O(

this is what i did to get into my size 5 size jeans
1)morning yoga that on on demand
2)red berries special k with fruit
3)lunch strawberry special k bar with fruit and veggies
4) three to four big things of water
5) tea-bo 4X a week and ab workout
2 day of pilates and one rest day
6) eat what i want for dinner with in reason…lots of veggie and grilled chicken and stuff

I think I may try doing different workouts that my body is not use to, my body may respond to it better. i haven’t been a size 5 since my 9 and 10th grade years! I admire that! ladies, it really isn’t all about size! we are all not meant to be all thin! some women will always be on the heavy side while others will always be thin! I believe in physical fitness and good eating habits! If your healthy and sexy size 12 or 14 (based on fat percentage) you should be happy with yourself!

Jada’s mom is not elderly…she is middle-aged. She is till in the 1st half of her 50’s. I worked with her for many years..watched Jada grow up. Her mom has always been petite (tiny)..look like she gained a pound or 2. It looks good on her.
