i fell for this guy…he was amazing at first, he really was. then he stopped talking to me for weeks at a time. coming in and out of my life you know saying he was just very busy. Invited me to his place out of state during my b-day week, the day after actually. BUT he didn’t get me anything or do anything…and this is a man who can do whatever he wants. He wasn’t even nice to me really…very distant even though he asked me to come there. We didnt even spend time alone. some of his boys were there the whole time. Then I left the next day and he hasn’t said a word to me since then. no call, text, messages online…nada. im so sad/mad…going out of my mind. Do you guys think he’ll never talk to me again? i know if he does I need to kick him to the left anyway but still…i just don’t get it. why do that to me?

I will say to you that it doesn’t get better. If he is not trying to make a great first impression then he is not going to make a better one later on down th line. He probably has someone else and is only taking you for a ride so he could get some extra on the side. A guy said to m once that only money changes so please hun do not even waste another minute of your time and delete his number and all contact details so you will never be tempted to phone him again. Like the “Sex in the City” quote “He’s just not that into you” He may have invited you along to look good infront of his boys. I had this dude once who, when we were alone seemed like he wasn’t that attracted to me, but when his friends were around, obviously checking me out he’d be all over me like I was the hottest chick in the game. Mainly my point is you can drive yourself crazy trying to figure out what is in someone else head, what do you think about this guy? Do you really want to spend more time with him after treating you that way. Don’t abuse yourself with the “What did I do wrong” shit. as a few people have stated how do ANY of you know whether or not the song has the same concept? Ciara’s song was to make men think about how they would feel if they were treated the way they treat their girls….Beyonce’s song COULD (notice I said “could” b/c just like you IDK yet) be about doing what a guy does for his lady in a POSITIVE way. Ciara chose the NEGATIVE way with her song.
I’m really sick of people comparing Beyonce to any and everybody who’s a female and is seen on BET singing. Beyonce was compared to Ciara once before b/c in Like a Boy Ciara was dressed like a guy JUST LIKE Beyonce was in her song Upgrade U.
As far as this whole swagger jacking thing goes, how many times have we ALL heard a particular beat put to a thousand different songs? I.E. The Luniz’s “I Got 5 on It” beat was taken and made into a song by Diddy and R. Kelly. Ludacris and Jaheim have used the same beat and made 2 completely DIFFERENT songs (“Growing Pains” and “Put That Woman First” respectively) That is why our parents are always our generation doesn’t make original music b/c some part of the song, beat,etc came from something back in the day so Beyonce’ is NOT the only person swagger jacking unfortunately she IS the only person who gets flack for it. Nobody talked about Solange for swagger jacking Beyonce’s Dreamgirls character’s dance moves- you can’t tell me that some of the dance moves in “I Decided” were not taken from how Bee played Deena.
So EVERYONE out there (mostly everyone) has been guilty of swagger jacking so please let’s leave Beyonce alone. If not get on the ppl mentioned in a previous post
1. EVERYONE who did their own version of Karyn White’s Superwoman
2. EnVogue doing their own version of Giving Him Something He can Feel-taken from Aretha Franklin

I swear, if you have an opinion that is non-favorable about Beyonce, people will freakin’ roast you on this site. Like Common said, “If I don’t like it/I don’t like it/that don’t mean that I’m hating.” Please, when her 2nd album came out, the majority of her “fans” didn’t like it. After Papa Knowles and crew marketed the hell out of it, and made radio brainwash people into liking the songs, it grew on folks. Don’t get me wrong, she does have talent, but lets stop pretending that she changed anything about the game. She’s no innovator. Hell, she can barely speak. You should really get help if you hate someone that you’ve never met this much. And just to clarify, she does have a huge gay fanbase. Ask 10 drag queens who they’d play in a show, and at least 7 will tell you Beyonce. They love her because she loves them. She said herself “Sasha” is a “tortured drag queen”.
