Janet Jackson Rushed To The Hospital!
Monday night, Janet Jackson had to cancel her tour stop in Montreal, Canada. Paparazzi sources on the scene say an ambulance rushed her to the nearest hospital at around 6.30pm last night. Unconfirmed reports suggest that she was too unwell to perform. At around 9:30pm, a black limo was seen bringing Janet back to her tour bus, and they then began moving on to the next venue. So if she’s still heading to her next spot for tonight’s performance, it’s likely it was nothing too serious. But then again, you never know.
Her publicist released an official statement minutes ago (shortly before midnight EST) saying Janet had been hospitalized after falling ill shortly before the concert. She “got suddenly ill” during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time.
The statement says Jackson was being monitored at the hospital and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about her condition.

She postponed her show that was supposed to happen this past Saturday in Detroit… to say I was less than happy would be an understatement… if she is truly ill I wish her a speedy recovery but if she is postponing and putting off shows because of poor ticket sales [what I'm thinking] she needs to get her bitch ass on stage and do what she’s being paid to do… the ticket prices aren’t cheap and I want my damn money’s worth…. get well Janet!!!!

What an insensitive IGNORANT statement. That’s what’s wrong urban music fans at this time. They don’t want to embrace the icons who paved the way for a lot these young artists now and I’m sick of reading this type of BS all the time when legends still want to do their thing. You don’t have to support them, but don’t bring them down like that.
Do you see fans of other genres tell their icons to sit down, such as Barry Mannilow, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Guns N Roses, Willie Nelson, The Beatles, Cher, Bette Midler, etc? Hell No! They still sell out concerts. I could go on all day about the legends of other genres that are still being embraced and will be forever.
However, B.B. King and jazz legends are a few of the exceptions.
Anyway the point is, just because a person gets older doesn’t mean their passion for their work should die. There is no age limit to being an artist. I noticed you big up Rihanna a lot, (with her talentless self SMH) so we will see where she is in the next 20 years and if she sells 100 million records as Janet and many others of her caliber have done.

I agree. Next to Michael, the girl is certainly the most talented Jackson in the family… she’s already proved her worth. She is already an icon, she has a steady, committed relationship… it’s time for her to settle down and leave the booty-shakin to the youngsters!

yes Jay-Z ticket prices are ridiculous but I’m sure he selling mad tickets. Janet’s tickets are expensive as hell too. She coming to DC in October and her tickets are $80-200. Some are even selling for $600.00

Absolutely I hope she feel better soon, cause I know how much she loves to give it her all.
I’ve been wondering if she’s prepping her body for pregnancy for a while now, lol. But, hey tell me one person that doesn’t have to call in sick to work sometimes, lol.
I was at the Toronto concert on Sunday, and she Burnt down the Building!! There is noooooo doubt she’s still got it! For the first time she threw in old school tunes like “Young LOve”, “Say You Do” & “Funny How Time Flies”, songs that back-in-the-day fans could appreciate. And to all those people hatin’ on the wardrobe…lol, I’ll admit that to see it photographed can be a bit bizarre, but when you see in person and in it’s context with the other dancers and all, you get it. Plus everyone’s crapin’ on the “Mohawk” joint, but nobody’s remembering how similar it was to how she had it back in the control days. And on top of that, it’s a more functional style for performing this time around, because it keeps the hair away from her face so when she sweats, the style doesn’t end up being pasted to her face. I had awesome seats and paid pretty penny for ‘em, but it was well worth it!

The girl ain’t pregnant. The woman givers her all for 2.5 hours. She will be fine! As far as her ticket sales being low, that isn’t true. She has been a steady seller. and a couple of her shows have been sold-out. I will be going to see her on Oct 17th in Jersey. Janet feel better. I been seeing the clips on youtube.
