Former “American Idol” contestant Paris Bennett has just given birth to a daughter named Egypt. She was in labor for five hours before delivering her 5-pound, 15-ounce baby yesterday. In a news release, the 20-year-old says she’s “so excited to finally see my little angel. Man, does she have lungs on her. I guess she’s gearing up to be the next American Idol.”
Paris is scheduled to release her first Christmas CD, A Royal Christmas, on October 14th.
Robin Thicke had some interesting words about fellow singer Rihanna in the new VIBE. He was asked:
You play instruments, you sing live. What’s your reaction to the artists out there, who don’t sing live—who are more of a product?
His answer:
They are entertainers. There are people who are about precision and entertainment; there are people who are about emoting and expressing. Sometimes they are people who do both, but I think there is room for everybody. I want to watch Rihanna sing her songs—I don’t care! [Laughs] I want to watch and I want to listen. She ain’t got to sound like Mary J. all the time. Who does? The point is as media and critics you want to say that shouldn’t be out there, but as fans you want more music, you want more options. As a fan, I should be promoting all music coming out so I get a choice of what I want to buy.

I agree & everyday & everytime Jennifer Aniston sees her I know she just wants to kill herself because the reason why she lost Brad Pitt (IN MY OPINION - WHICH I HAVE A RIGHT TO, LOL) is because she wanted to postpone having a family because she couldn’t “handle/manage” a career & family - and look at Angelina…….starring in way more movies than Jennifer, receiving more $$$ per movie than Angie, popping out kids every other year & adopting kids in between each pregnancy, she is an ambassador with the UN & still does so much charity work AND she still looks better than Jennifer while doing all of this! Damn!

True, no respect due for stealing somebody’s husband but I was agreeing with the previous comment about respecting all that she does - charity work, actress & family woman because unlike many Hollyweird actresses You actually SEE Angelina with her kids more than not - she does all this but the press mainly chooses to focus on if she’s eating or not.

Laila’s and Curtis’ baby is absolutely adorable. I guess Angie has so many kids she had to carry one or else they would run all over. At least she is hands on and doesn’t have then out with a nanny. She does need a nanny or somebody to hook up little Z’s hair.

I don’t see anything wrong with what Robin said. He told the truth. Rihanna isn’t a Mary J. Being called an entertainer is not an insult.
She’s not a vocal powerhouse but she is able to entertain. We all know that person who sounds like a cat in heat, that person isn’t entertaining.
Rihanna does what she does very well, and I like some of her music. It is just opinions. There are probably more people out there who can’t stand Robin, it’s life.
All of those kids are precious. If I wasn’t so adament against having kids myself, I would be tempted to want one.

I can’t see the pics or leave comments unless I go to internet options and check “Display a notification about every script error.” And then when I come here, I have to click the notification 100 times before it goes away. And this is only happening at work. It’s fine at home. Any suggestions anyone? Tasha? Is my job sabotaging me???

But I have never bought a Rihanna cd and I never will. I wont even download her crap for free. I dont even listen to her ish on the radio. I only listened to Umbrella on the radio because that was a hit and the only Rihanna song I have ever liked. I turn the radio station whenever any of her songs come on (except Umbrella) because her voice is like NAILS ON A CHALKBOARD to me. Her performances are also whack. But she does have the right to put her music out. I read that she is GOING BROKE becuase her label won’t fund her records or videos and she has to pay for them out of her own pocket. (True…look it up) She has to FIGHT for her songs because they are not always written for her and she has to use her own money for her videos. (Rihanna has said this herself) That’s crazy if your own record label has no faith in you and they have almost dropped you more than once.

I agree with what someone said before about the negative aspects of Angelina. I mean I come on now. Yes she gives to charities but that doesn’t take away the tainted image of her. Actually, the record label was planning to drop Rihanna the same time they dropped Tierra Marie but Rihanna’s people fought hard to keep Rihanna on the label. Now, Rih Rih is going broke because she has to pay for her own videos because the label won’t support anything she does. The chick is not relevant because of her music or singing. Why all this hate against Angelina? She isn’t the first woman who ended up in a position that was suspect. Was she wrong? More than likely she was but she shouldn’t be punished for the rest of her life for it. You cannot take a married man away from someone. He leaves willingly.

I agree with what someone said before about the negative aspects of Angelina. I mean I come on now. Yes she gives to charities but that doesn’t take away the tainted image of her. I talked to Robin Thicke before, I interviewed him last week, and one thing I noticed about him is that he keeps it real, he’s not concerned about what people think about his responses to questions, or if you’re gonna be ofended he says he just says it like it is. He sometimes comes off strong but I guess you can’t take his comments personaly.

I feel the same way about the Brangelina brood. Everyone is always comparing Shiloh and Suri (Tom Cruise’s baby) and say Suri wins hands down cause mama Katie always has that child groom. I’ve spoken to Robin also at the meet and greet at one of his recent concerts.
He is very direct and straight forward. The one thing he may love more than Paula is Obama.
He said he knows he will never be as big as Justin, Usher, Chris, Ne-Yo so he doesn’t try to be.
The man was very humble. As a matter of fact, Mary was a total sweetheart too. That was a shocker for me (IDK why but I expected the same mess I got with Keyshia Cole) but she was one of the nicest celebs I have met along with Robin.
Their tour is off the chain. If they ever hit the road again, I will definitely be there again.
