Looking like the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens just threw up all over you, yup, i used to go thru that too. Plus my mother is Jamaican so to add insult to injury she would put matching ribbons in my hair to match my outfit, e-v-e-r-y color in my outfit
needless to say most of my childhood pics are in a vault, never to see the light of day till I leave this good earth, lol.

I just really wonder when i see chicks wearing outfits like this, that endangered species peacock dress that Solange had on, etc. I don’t know about other people but before i’m going out to somewhere either formal or to a party, i throw my outfit on the bed & look at it real hard - then afterwards i’ll put it on & i’m all in the full lenth mirror catching “the look” from all angles……….do these chicks do that? And if they do, do they really say to themselves “Hot damn, I LOOK F’N GOOD!”

None of her girlfriends was like “Kelis that ain’t cute.”? Nas didn’t say something. When I go out w/ my boyfriend, I always want to look nice so I ask him if he likes my outfit. Not that I need his approval or anything, I just want him to like what I wear. So Nas, couldn’t pull her to the side? I’m mad at her for this outfit and mad at him that he let her walk out the house beside her looking foolish. Doesn’t he know she is a reflection of him and vice versa?
