Toya and her and Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae at Toya’s party Sunday
Well what do we have here? A newly engaged/married Lil Wayne throwing his FIRST baby’s mama Toya a birthday party…just days after his second baby’s mama gave him a Dwayne Carter III. YBF snitches were on the scene at Antonia “Toya” Johnson’s birthday party Wayne threw for her at Polished in Smyrna, GA this weekend. We’re told Lil Wayne and her friends rented the place out and gave her a Cupcake & Champagne Spa party. Lil Wayne was in New Orleans all weekend, but he made sure to have a new Louis Vuitton bag (the wackness of this is killing me) and $10k in cash delivered to Toya at the party. I guess he just re-gifted part of that $1 mil cash Baby gave him a few weeks ago.
I’m told that Lil Wayne’s mom showed up with gifts in hand for Toya. And Wayne and Toya’s daughter Reginae was there of course. And another interesting guest made an appearance–wait for it—Lyfe Jenning’s baby mama Joy. Clearly she couldn’t have been too traumatized by last week’s events.
Sounds like this is Wayne’s Sorry 2008 for Toya since he knocked up his latest jumpoff Sara and allegedly wifed up Nivea in a jiffy. And we all know the first baby’s mama is bound to bring the drama unless she gets tricks and treats to make her happy. This ish is too much drama for me.
In other news, Weezy skipped out AGAIN on a concert. This time he stiffed 8,000 fans in Rochester this weekend allegedly because he didn’t like the sound system. Funny though, he performed back home in New Orleans this weekend with no problems.

I was completely devastated when I read this on YBF Friday. I have been praying for that family since then. I couldn’t imagine the hurt and anger and pain that she and her family are going through.

I’m sure there is more to the story than that. If(?) Julia’s husband is responsible, I’m sorry, but I blame her. From what I heard, it seems she was posting up some new guy on her Myspace page which I believe may have triggered what was dormant in that animal and made hime fly into a rage.

I have to aggree with you on that one…..I’m not for Capital Murder, and I’m from Texas, where we put more inmates to death than any other state…..My sister is a mental counselor for a prison unit here, and she said inmates HATE child murderers….He will get his on the inside…Trust!!!!

Huh….don’t sleep. Humans, especially women (for men), are capable of doing some crazy sh*t. Trust. There was this case years ago in Canada, yt chick straight let her boyfriend rape and strangle her little sister. She ended up getting a short jail sentence because she tesified against him. But you never know. I know if family members were taken out in such a vicious way, I would of barely been able to stand at that news conference. If I even have a bad nightmare about my mom/siblings I wake up and start crying uncontrollably and I start to panic thinking “what if?” To know that someone can take a life that they didn’t help create, carry, or give birth too always bothers me. Where is justice when you need it. This country is too soft on violent criminals. This is why people are dping the crazy things they do. They aren’t afraid of retribution or jail time. Let’s do like those Middle Eastern countries do: set yo ass a fire! Public hanging, caning, torture period! I bet if people thought/afraid of the consequences they would think twice or run like hell.

For people who are blaming Julia(J-Hud sister). I’m sure she didn’t think this sick individual would kill her family members. Being that reports are calling him Her Estranged Husband I’m thinking she got rid of him. I just don’t think we should judge the Mother. I’m sure she’s blaming herself and going through pain I can’t even imagine.

Hi everyone,
The news surrounding Jennifer Hudson has me in such a funk. It leaves me wondering why. I really try not to question to question God, for I know he has a plan. But when tragedy strikes I can’t help but wonder why we have to go through such things. Especially when a innocent Child is involved.
My prayers are for Jennifer’s strength. And for us to take a good look at our lives and our world. We live in a place where senseless crime is committed with no remorse or fear. I know that our Lord watches over us and I pray he watches over all of you. Again, I know he has a plan. I just don’t know what it is & I guess that’s how it’s supposed to be.
All that other posted stuff – is just foolishness. And I’m so disappointed that I’ve not seen any other stars supporting Jennifer offering up $$ for the reward and such. Jay & Bey could have easily given up 250,000 or more. And so many others, that have worked with her. Jamie Foxx, They sex in the city folks etc. Maybe they would have found him (her nephew) before now.

No. I am not about Capital Punishment either no matter how horrific the case is. Jail is the best place for people like that. Once the inmates hear what he did they will take care of that.

I didn’t want to believe it either. my momma said she thought he was and I almost went off on her. she said “well if they did that to the momma and the brother you know they wouldn’t hesitate to harm the little boy.” in my mind I was thinking true, but I was still holding out hope. if you lose hope what else is left? for some sick reasoning, i can see someone killing an adult but for the life of me I can’t fathom murdering a child. I know all murder is wrong but for some reason i can justify the murder of an adult and not a child. does that make any sense?! I don’t justify murder but it’s easier for me to hear about an adult being murdered than a child.

So soo sad about the Hudson Family. Chicago has now topped the list and has regained the title of the Murder Capital. If ya’ll knew the crazy stuff that takes place here on a daily basis, it would break your heart! I am sooo sad right now. Whoever it is, whatever the circumstances may be, it is just too sad for me to contemplate:(

I am so sad for her family. This has been on my mind all weekend. I couldnt imagine receiving a phone call like that, and then having to go and identify the bodies.

If the law was foolproof I would be all for the death penalty. Only thing perfect is God and we should let him deem who should live or die.[/quote]

Oh yeah, I’ve lost so much respect for so many of these folks. And I’m not even a JHud Fan/stan. But so many people were supporting her at Oscar time and she really needs the support now. It would have been nothing for them to rally together and make something happen. It’s been since Friday.

I think it may be easier to fathom an adult murder because children are defenseless. No matter how mad a child makes you, no matter how fast or fresh they are, at the end of the day its still a little kid who is dependent on adults. And to look at a child and have so much hatred and malice in order to kill them… its disgusting. I mean all I can do is think about my nieces and nephews who are around Julian’s age, and thank God for them. And now I’m scared about the men my sister-in-law brings around my brother’s kids. This world is going to hell in a hand basket and I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do to stop it.

I agree with you! Eventhough I am not “calebrity” status I would have donated what I could to help find the child. I have children and all weekend I looked at them and thanked God that I am as protective as I am with allowing others into our lives. My ex-fiancee’ is the only other man they have met other than their father. After I read all the comments you guys wrote I called him and thanked him for never harming me or my kids. Eventhough we may never get back together because of other ‘ish, he loved my children as much as I do.

The news surrounding Jennifer Hudson has me in such a funk. It leaves me wondering why. I really try not to question to question God, for I know he has a plan. But when tragedy strikes I can’t help but wonder why we have to go through such things. Especially when a innocent Child is involved.
My prayers are for Jennifer’s strength. And for us to take a good look at our lives and our world. We live in a place where senseless crime is committed with no remorse or fear. I know that our Lord watches over us and I pray he watches over all of you. Again, I know he has a plan. I just don’t know what it is & I guess that’s how it’s supposed to be.
All that other posted stuff – is just foolishness. And I’m so disappointed that I’ve not seen any other stars supporting Jennifer offering up $$ for the reward and such. Jay & Bey could have easily given up 250,000 or more. And so many others, that have worked with her. Sometimes, I believe that God takes small children from this earth because even in the short time they were on this earth an in their abrupt absence, they have served His purpose. I know that we never want to see loved ones pass away no matter what the reason. But I truly believe that situations like this are meant for us to lean to His understanding and have total dependence on Him for comfort, healing and the stretching and strengthening of our faith.
I will continue to keep their family in my prayers as I have been praying for them all weekend.

Only public condolences matters now? How do you know others didn’t offer it more privatly? I personally feel private condolences have more tact, while public ones seems to have personal agendas behind them. For intance, people will see that I’m a good person. What’s wrong with throwing your ex-wife a b-day party. Wow it seems like a brother gets hated on more for doing the right thing than the wrong thing. People are always commenting on how does wayne get all these women he’s so ugly. Well maybe because he knows how to treat them. Pay close attention to how a man treats his ex, it’s a good example of how he will treat the present or future woman. Now when he got the asian woman pregnant it was before he reconciled with Nivea who was ending a marriage. She was the one he wanted so he did the honorable thing by making her his wife. Why should he not be proud and supportive of the new son? Why shouldn’t he still have a good relationship, friendship with the ex-wife. From what I can tell I haven’t heard one ex-wife or girlfriend have an ill word to say about the man. The Lord never gives you more than you can handle. It may sound like bull to some reading this, but JHud seems like a person of strong faith and she voices her relation with God alot. Things like this have to happen to remind us, and I think JHud was chosen and look at the effect it has on us. Things like this happen alot in communities but we don’t hear about it. Never would one have thought JHud would go through this…this has been in our faces since Friday. A person planning a wedding and on top had her world changed in one day. This is a lesson and a moment in reflection. We will never understand God’s work but some soldarity,etc is coming out of this. What hasn’t killed JHud will make her stronger and it will take time but trust she’s in his hands.

I hate to sound cold but unfortunatly things like this happen to regular folks everyday. Do you watch the news? Why should the celebrities come running “publicly” to her side. I’m sure her friends are there for her. In my area 2 adopted little girls were found dead in a freezer and another wondering around covered in blood & feces……you can’t get anymore tragic than that. It’s not about thinking you are different or changing a man. People have past and relationships don’t work out, no woman changes a man a man changes himself because he wants better. I’m not knocking you for choosing a man with no children, that a personal decision I see nothing wrong with but just because you have children doesn’t automatically make you damaged goods. It’s about respect if a man respects the woman he is with and the women has children with, there is no room for drama. If a man treats his ex well he will continue to treat women well.

I don’t think anybody is directly blaming Julia. However, people please wake up soo that this does’nt happen to another innocent family or child BE CAREFUL OF THE COMPANY YOU KEEP!!!!! We never know what’s going on in the minds of others but we could get some ideas. I just don’t think it’s wise to get invovled with individuals with no morals or values. I have a son and I’m a single mom one of the reasons I’m single is I’m very selective of who I let in my life or around my child. I think what people are trying to say is yes she was with him knowing he was an attempted murderer. When horrible things happen to people sometimes there are things that could have been done to prevent them. We can’t always put our faith in the hands of others especially murderer’s. I’m sure she never wanted anything like this to happen but women we have to wake up and look out for ourselves and protect our families. Why expose yourself to such negative people. When companies hire people they do extensive interviews, background checks, drug screenings. The same principles should apply when somene is trying to get into your life and the lives of your family!!! They turn people down because of criminal history and things of that nature. Certain occupations and careers are off limits to criminals. Do you know why? TO DECREASE THE RISK OF NEGATIVE OUTCOMES. IF they hired people with ridiculous records and something bad happen they can blame the person but what good is that going to do. Sometimes people without bad records do bad things but at the end of the day@least you know you did everything in your power to protect what’s important to you!!! The next some man wants you to give them the time of day find out what they are about if they have a bunch of ridiculous negatives think twice in the end you could end up paying!!!

Huh….don’t sleep. Humans, especially women (for men), are capable of doing some crazy sh*t. Trust. There was this case years ago in Canada, yt chick straight let her boyfriend rape and strangle her little sister. She ended up getting a short jail sentence because she tesified against him. But you never know. I know if family members were taken out in such a vicious way, I would of barely been able to stand at that news conference. If I even have a bad nightmare about my mom/siblings I wake up and start crying uncontrollably and I start to panic thinking “what if?” To know that someone can take a life that they didn’t help create, carry, or give birth too always bothers me. Where is justice when you need it. This country is too soft on violent criminals. This is why people are dping the crazy things they do. They aren’t afraid of retribution or jail time. Yep Karla Homolka. She not only did that to her sister but to two more girls and possibly a third. They say there could be more. They only know of the siter and the other two because they videotaped stuff. The guy was not her boyfriend it was her husband. She is now free and REMARRIED WITH A BABY!!!! Like WTF!
