Baby Mamas’ Night Out: Tiny, Antonia Carter, & Lyfe’s Baby Mama Joy+Other Ish

T.I.’s eternal babies’ mama Tiny, Lil Wayne’s baby’s mama/ex-wife Antonia Carter, and Lyfe Jennings’ baby’s mama Joy (the one who recently filed a restraining order against him) all partied it up together last night in the ATL. Apparently they’re all BFFs now. Joy even went to Antonia’s birthday party this past weekend.

I would pay good money to be a fly on the wall during their conversations. I’m sure Louis Vuitton, “What birth control?”, and money are topics that get tossed around every second. Damn shame. Oh, heeeey Mr. Harris.
More pics when you read the rest…

Raven Symone was spotted at an event recently. I don’t know if it’s her choice of clothing or poses or what–but chick always looks like her body is straight swollen.

And Mario and Terrence Howard were spotted at an event giving each other musical tips. I’m sure that had the high probability of being a dead end convo.

You probably work extemly hard for every dime you make and are a great mother! However, I’m also pretty sure you didn’t go after some celeb to have a baby buy just so things could potentially easier.
I’m not putting baby mother’s down at all (I’m a product of it) my mother was a single mother who raised me by herself NO help from my father!!!!
I just see how life could have been if I wasn’t raised like that is all I’m saying. NO Disrespect to harding working single mothers.
But question, wouldn’t you have liked to be married and know your child has both parents at home at night?

Hey girl wussup? I concur w/ your statement. I am the product of a single parent and a daddy w/ chirrun errwhere. It’s too easy for men to walk away from the mother of their child and the responsibilty. I know that I want that cycle to stop with me. Sh*t does happen but I’m not even thinking about procreating w/o a commitment, I’m not even saying marriage so much (I do want to be married), but I want the father of my possible future children to be a responsible man that not only loves me but adores his child(ren).

I HAD my father and mother at home with me every night. Don’t get me wrong my dad was a WONDERFUL father but a horrible husband that sometimes I wished my parents wouuld just get a divorce. The arguments I had to listen to because they stayed together BECAUSE of us children it showed. My children who are all boys have wonderful male figures in their lives INCLUDING their fathers. It might not be the ideal situation or “normal” situation but it works for all of us. And no unfortunately I wouldn’t change it because I feel deep in my heart I made the right decision for them. well as a single mother (before I got married) we have to realize that just because two parents are at home that doesn’t mean the children will be well off. you can have a two parent home but only one parent is taking care of their responsibilites.
now a well balanced two parent home? yes, that would be better for the child but if the father or mother isn’t in the home and can still give the babies (all kids under 18 are babies to me) the love and attention and respect they need and deserve in every aspect, the out of the home parent can live on the moon as long as they are actively involved with their children.
anddddddddd we have to take into consideration that some of these celebrity baby mama’s could be divorced from their celebrity baby daddy. . some could be remarried or married (for the first time), some could have a career. . they are not always at the club shopping for the latest Gucchi handbag screaming “HE DON’T PAY ENOUGH CHILD SUPPORT!”

I agree with your sentiments 100%. My parents were married, and I love my dad but he was at times very uninvolved and didn’t have his priorities straight. Heck, I asked him the other day if I have any unknown siblings and I suspect very strongly based on his response that I do. My eldest brother, now deceased, however, grew up without ever knowing his father and believe me, it caused him an unknown amount of pain-it was like that missing link that he really needed. I have no kids yet, but based on my experience growing up, I think that a loving, two-parent household is what is best for a child.

___________
I’m a single mother of two …. my children have a relationship with their father …. just because he and I couldn’t make it work doesn’t mean he’s not in their lives.
And as for marriage — I don’t want it. And if u think about the divorce rate you’ll see that getting married because of kids is not right either.
Oh and one other thing — two parents in the home doesn’t make anything greater. It takes more dedication but I’m happy to say I’m giving it to my children just as well as their father.

Sorry for being long-winded.
I hear you girl…I believe in marriage and I want to get married before I have any kids but my dad was also not the best husband to my mom so I can understand what you are saying.

well as a single mother (before I got married) we have to realize that just because two parents are at home that doesn’t mean the children will be well off. you can have a two parent home but only one parent is taking care of their responsibilites.
now a well balanced two parent home? yes, that would be better for the child but if the father or mother isn’t in the home and can still give the babies (all kids under 18 are babies to me) the love and attention and respect they need and deserve in every aspect, the out of the home parent can live on the moon as long as they are actively involved with their children.
anddddddddd we have to take into consideration that some of these celebrity baby mama’s could be divorced from their celebrity baby daddy. . some could be remarried or married (for the first time), some could have a career. . they are not always at the club shopping for the latest Gucchi handbag screaming “HE DON’T PAY ENOUGH CHILD SUPPORT!”
what if your marriage is a disaster and you and your husband don’t get along for shit - and you fight in front of the kids. is that better just because both parents were in the home at night?
Conventional households are not the norm anymore and there are sooo many different situations and circumstances out there today - who’s to really say what is really best for the child?
And also - with both my parents in my home I still managed to get pregnant young, fuck up in school and everything else - two parents don’t always perfect well adjusted children.
Two separated parents can be just as beneficial to the development of the child.

I sooo concur. I didn’t get to have a relationship (and know/meet) my dad until I was 18 YEARS OLD! I was soooo angry w/ him because we went through so much because he wasn’t around, but was living the high life. We cool now, but I always feel this emptiness that will never go away. I wish he would’ve of been there. Every child can’t help but want to know where they come from. Any man that walks away from their chold, planned or not, is a coward.

Families are comprised of the members of that household that live, love, and work together for a unified goal of supporting one another. In any given arrangement, it is always the hope that the unity creates a positive & productive example and contribution to society. I have a great respect for every family combination imaginable. And that’s all I’m gonna say on it.

Honestly if these men were my baby daddies, I would really use that money for my children and work for my own glitz and glamour..it may sound far fetched and all, but trust me, when a man gives you money to take of your children and you do very well, he will reward you with something extra (which is what these ladies MAY be getting) but one shouldn’t assume cuz he’s giving you 20 g’s he’s saying to get something nice for yourself, I would take 15 out of that and start a trust fund for college or something with it..stretch that bad boy out..This is why some of these celeb baby daddies vanish, because they end up sleeping with the wrong ones aka the women on the come up. They blow through the dough and want more to support their habit, all the while leaving them kids to learn nothing else but to value just money and money alone, but no education.

But we shouldn’t give up just because the divorce rate is high and all that crap. There is nothing wrong w/ marriage. It’s the persons that go into it for the wrong reasons w/o a realistic view and having some type of thorough knowledge about their partner that give marriage a bad name.

And for those who say if she wants them to live the same lifestyle he does he needs to have them. BS. Just b/c he makes more money doesn’t make him a better parent. My son’s father made more than me and damn right I wanted my son to have the same things his other son had. I didn’t make as much b/c I didn’t want to get a job that would take me from his everyday life. I do soccer, basketball, boyscouts to name a few activities with him. I got a state job not making much but I am a active parent. I have a husband now so I don’t really need anything from him but before damn right I wanted child support and I wanted more when he made more.

That was not funny…Cheap ass people..How you gonna come to a charity function and not spend any money. That is really tacky….I’m sure DeShawn was really hurt behind that…but you cant invite 500 people to your HOUSE like that…that should have been at a nice venue besides their house…But like Eric said he only came out of 20 stacks…that aint sh&t to him!!!
That bracelet Kim bought was off the chain….but I cant stand her….she uses NeNe for her ghettoness so that she can claim she’s a “down ass white girl” ane then she uses Sheree’ for her beauty…she wants to be around Sheree because that makes her look good. I almost died when she told Sheree that they look alike…I’m like Beyotch Please…. U wish….

i haven’t seen all of it yet but they should have just ask them to donate money nad had a nice sit down dinner. i believe they would have gave more if they wouldn’t have felt pressured to buy something…just think about it 500 people each of them donate 4,000 that’s two million right there!
She should have had a silent auction first, with the party to celebrate the event. This would have given people the opportunity to give in private, And she would have known how much $$ she was going to get in advance. Every fundraiser I go here to is done like that from, art, to sports memorabilia, trips, dinners, jewelry, etc. She needs people in her life.

LMAO. I think Luda’s baby mama is a lawyer thats why..she has an actual career and life, unlike these professional semen drinkers.
I also like Rebecca Minkoff and Kooba!! *whispers…but I still loove them double Gs-lol*
I love Marc Jacobs, Foley+Corrina, Kooba, and Botikier among many others..I love my Leathers, no doubt I love me some Louie V, but I refuse to spend it on them until I have my situation situated..I aint having no LV bag and wondering where my next dollar is coming from, or having to push my hair appt back cuz I had to HAVE that bag..nah. Oh yea I feel you and I know they cost just as much, but the whole “LV” craze is just lame now..everybody and they mama got one of them on the bus and what-not..I admire these bags..I don’t own em all..the bags I do own (foley+corrina, marc jacobs) Best believe I caught them bitches on sale..Trust me I know my sample sales and sales on them special sites okkayy???

I just see how life could have been if I wasn’t raised like that is all I’m saying. NO Disrespect to harding working single mothers.
But question, wouldn’t you have liked to be married and know your child has both parents at home at night?
I agree with your sentiments 100%. My parents were married, and I love my dad but he was at times very uninvolved and didn’t have his priorities straight. Heck, I asked him the other day if I have any unknown siblings and I suspect very strongly based on his response that I do. My eldest brother, now deceased, however, grew up without ever knowing his father and believe me, it caused him an unknown amount of pain-it was like that missing link that he really needed. I have no kids yet, but based on my experience growing up, I think that a loving, two-parent household is what is best for a child.
Awww…I feel for you girl, but I’m glad you finally got to meet him! Too many men these days sooo have the wrong idea about what it means to be a man…f$ing around is easy and it don’t take a man to do that, but it does take a man to make and honor a committment-to a woman and to any children he brings into the world!

my momma told me to always have your own money don’t ever be in a situation where a man can tell you what to do and not do because it’s “HIS MONEY”. if you have your own by hard work no one can tell you nothing.
They blow through the dough and want more to support their habit, all the while leaving them kids to learn nothing else but to value just money and money alone, but no education.
i can agree with that. i would want the best for my children but you have instill something in them. it’s cute to see lil wayne’s daugther cheerleading and Toya and Lil Wayne were babies when they had her and i don’t think he was nationally known at that time if he was known at all

Sorry for being long-winded.
what if your marriage is a disaster and you and your husband don’t get along for shit - and you fight in front of the kids. is that better just because both parents were in the home at night?
Conventional households are not the norm anymore and there are sooo many different situations and circumstances out there today - who’s to really say what is really best for the child?
And also - with both my parents in my home I still managed to get pregnant young, fuck up in school and everything else - two parents don’t always perfect well adjusted children.
Two separated parents can be just as beneficial to the development of the child.
I totally agree with this. Being married before you have kids is great and all but it does not mean once you have kids you will be together forever. You could wind up divorced. Than what, you still going to be a single parent.

You are SO right! Even though men should be more selective w/ the woman they sleep with, there are soooo many chicks who know damn well that man is their to bust a NUT and they lose sight of that because the penis is so good and want a baby. Not me. Women need to know the difference between a causal/careless f*ck and an actual loving relationship.

If this is what I have to look forward being down there, it aint happenin. BTW, why is the first thing these chicks buy when they get money is Gucci or Louis Vuitton? That ish is straight up low-budget, I mean there are many other designers that are just as good if not better than these two. I mean paying 2,000 for a bag doesn’t make you fly if your hair, outfit, or living is straight shot..Just doesn’t make sense to me, Someone please clarify. Thanks
Wait. I am a “baby mama”. I hope you werent saying that I don’t work for my money. If you were just referring to the women in the post then my apologies.
But question, wouldn’t you have liked to be married and know your child has both parents at home at night?
what if your marriage is a disaster and you and your husband don’t get along for shit - and you fight in front of the kids. is that better just because both parents were in the home at night?
Conventional households are not the norm anymore and there are sooo many different situations and circumstances out there today - who’s to really say what is really best for the child?
And also - with both my parents in my home I still managed to get pregnant young, fuck up in school and everything else - two parents don’t always perfect well adjusted children.
Two separated parents can be just as beneficial to the development of the child.
I totally agree with this. Being married before you have kids is great and all but it does not mean once you have kids you will be together forever. You could wind up divorced. Than what, you still going to be a single parent.
————————————————————————————
Yeah, but let’s be honest most people these days aint even checking to get married….they are cool with shacking up with someone forever…which is not cool…why would you want to bring your child int he world with no real stability…why would you want to have a child by someone that doesnt even want to marry you….
Women need to have more value for themselves….

Um… you really get no love here and not bec/ I’m a single mother (i’m not), but because your judgmentalness is beyond me. Yea, some chicks scheme and have a baby to keep a dude or his money, but there are a lot of women out there who find themselves in a situation and choose not to abort their child but to bring life in to this world. Is it the decision you or I would make? Maybe, maybe not. But it is theirs and I commend the women out there like my mother who work day in and day out make sure their kids are provide for whether or not daddy is or is not there.

And, in my case, I have alot of value for myself & i placed alot of value on my unborn childs life, so that’s why I chose to bring him in this world. Ish happens, was with my childs father for 6 and a half years, nothing, then one day pregnant! It can’t be said that i wasn’t trying to be careful but birth control isn’t 100% & one day, one day, your LUCK must run out. Yeah, i know she was specifically referring to them but not all situations are the same & maybe even those same chicks didn’t think like that initially. I would definitely say that Lil Wayne’s ex didn’t have that mindset when she had her child because they were 13/14 when they had the child, before he even had the money or fame. Sometimes ish just happens though.

U wish….
and Lisa’s husband is fine as hell…..and I think I have changed my mind about her….she’s a hustler and they compliment each other well….she is the baddest one on the show…
Well I agree with NeNe’s gay friend, DeShawn’s tickets should’ve came with a price. Im sorry to say but Black folks (and obviously some of dem white folks) are good for eating up your food and drinking your liquor! And btw Kim gets on my damn nerves kissing Sheree’s ass like she is her Big Poppa! Talking about she beautiful, that bitch looks like a praying mantis. And Lisa’s baby is cute even with the old man’s doo with the part on the side……..and her husband is fine.—————–I always thought Raven was too damn big not to have any children, she needs to work on that and her wardrobe. And she does seem depressed. Raven may need some d*** in her life!

Hey Les–yes girl you ARE FAB and big ups to you for working and taking care of your son!!! I agree that all baby mamas are not the same. I think she was specifically referring to women who have kids just to milk money out of a dude! No disrespect intended at all, believe me, my Mom was a baby mama before she met and married my dad.
Yeah, i know she was specifically referring to them but not all situations are the same & maybe even those same chicks didn’t think like that initially. You are saying if you were in that situation you wouldnt bring your child into the world….that can also be looked at as you disobeying God too.I understand what everyone is getting at when they say they want the family life with mother, father and children at home but in this life we live in it will not always go that way. I know girls that had both parents at home and was in misery every day of their lives. Being 12 and one my homegirls came to school once and couldnt even sit down..went to the bathroom with her and her back look like she was in the Roots movie….she got that from her dad that lived at home….they all did. He treated his family like they were in the military….but to everyone on the outside and when they went to church it was the “perfect family”. Hell there are women out here killing/abusing their children on a daily basis. I commend you MOTHERS period, whether you are involved w/ father or not, for being foremost a mother and a nurturer to another human being that came out of your body. You all are woman who have someone so important in your lives that you put up with sh*t on your job, slack a** men, and just being damn tired for the love of your child(ren). I have no idea what Toya, Tiny or Joy did to be disrespected on this site. They are just regular women who had children with the men they love, so what. Tiny is a singer and Escape is due to drop a come back album, congrats. Toya seems to have done well considering she was a mom at 14 and wrote a book, hope it does well, congrats. Joy holding it down with a jailbird abusive babydaddy congrats. Don’t hate congratulate. Men have been taking care of their wives (even the babymamas are common law wives)since the beginning of time, so what, if you have a passion to follow a career good for you, that’s what you choose, if a woman chooses to be a wife and mother instead of a career there is nothing wrong with that.

I can’t hate on these girls/ women( I will use the term women loosely cause I don’t know them. However, they actually reproduced with dudes that have potential and was able to to translate that into a cushy livehood for themselves and children. It’s a suvival instinct that is in each of us. The animal kingdom greatly exercises this rule when choosing a mate. That is why I can’t understand why a female reduces her chances of survival for herself and offspring by mating/ having sex with men who don’t have the potential to produce a living or atleast desire to make and do better for self and family. I’m not saying this to sound gold diggerish but income should be on your mind when a child is being considered or even yourself. This is also to include you have to bring something to the table as well other than open hands so that you can be that mans equal and helpmeet. Generate an income that reflects your ablility to the fullest and seek a counterpart that can also generate their income to the fullest so that you both can be compliments. Now in terms of these baby mothers they probably had the aspects of getting a nigga whose paid but also there are some shit they have to go through as well. Look at lyfe sad…Toya we have yet seen her with a new man and tiny well she got other baby mamas to share her lovely man with. Like I am saying I’m not hating on these ladies but how full can their lives truly be once that purse house car is brought.
