Personally that preference thing is getting really old. Most black dudes I talked to who PREFER light skin girls have some of the most dumbest, racist, most petty and ignorant reasons. Also they ALL admitted to being influenced by television. My friend’s brother even told me how he never saw a dark skin girl that was prettier then a light skin girl, IGNORANCE. My other friend who does not have preference for complexions even told me how his friends said “she red so she bad”. So that means alot of black dudes are not looking at faces, they looking at skin tone. Some black dudes will pass up a dark skin girl for a light skin girl who not even pretty. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to put down anyone, but to me it seems more like an image problem then an actual preference. Most of the dudes that usually prefer light skin girls are ugly, fat, or really dark, so they need a light skin girl to help with their self esteem issue. I’m a light skin woman, but my mother is dark skin and it really pisses me off when people say shit like that. I don’t even fuck with black men no more, I’m sorry if some of you get offended, but I do not feel like black men appreciate or love blak women anymore. I mean you know the world is fucked up when a dude who has a dark skin mama say that don’t like dark butts.

Seriously, are we STILL posting on this issue? Yeah, we all have our preferences. Yung Berg made a silly mistake. Instead of simply saying that he’s more inclined to liking light-skinned women, he preferred to dark-skinned women as “dark butts”. And now he’s trying to save face by having mainly dark-skinned women on this reality dating series. Clearly as an “apology” of sorts to those he may have offended. But dude is definitely going about it the wrong way. But hey, to each his own.

And as for you people who’re calling each other bitches and whores…I mean, come on, seriously. What’re we? Still in 11th grade? Grow the fuck up! I’m not gonna call any names, but if you want to use the vocabulary of a drunken bum, at least do us the courtesy of punctuating properly. That way, your asinine comments won’t be further perpetuated by your lack or complete absence of grammatical skill.
