It’s the entertainment business, and goodness, she can entertain!! CIARA CAN ALWAYS sing, where are the cici stans up in this piece? im hearing crickets…..OH WELL, one doesnt have to scream, shout nor do riffs to be a good singer, it’s about voice control and tone. Oh spinning is a cycling class.Boy that shit hurts your ass for a minute, lol, but you’ll get use to it.It’s very intense.In my cycling class they play this music and the instructor talks to you to motivate you to pedal as fast as you can.You burn about 500 calories in like a hour.

I have a co-worker who lost a crazy amount of weight through his spinning class. I can’t pull myself to do anything other than Pilates and an occasional kickboxing class. I hear that. Its just I have 3 boys and everyone buys THEM stuff so I kinda feel like I have to get them stuff too. But I got a lot of deals today. $9.00 hoodies at Old Navy I even found $2.97 shirts at the GAP since everything was like 50-75 % off.

Daycare is a serious issue! I’m thankful that I have daycare all day for my twins and after school for my oldest and altogether I pay $77.00! If I didnt have that I wouldnt work since I would just be working to pay for daycare and babysitters

So, why does Super C look 2 shades lighter than Ciara? The only thing about her that looks like Ciara are the implants and the “Go Girl” outfit.
N-T-WAYS! I can see why the album was pushed back. The single “Go Girl” wasn’t getting enough play/buzz. I’m glad she’s going back to the drawing board because I wasn’t feeling any of the material I heard, but I like CiCi and wanna see her get bigger than she is because I think she could be huge with the right people backing her and the right material.

Girl, at one point I was paying 240.00 every two weeks for one child!!! Daycare in NE is no joke!!!!!!!! Thank God, I was eligible for Title XX, which is what they call it when the state pays a certain amount. I only pay 100.00 a month now!!

I think Ciara can sing. I don’t think she is a great vocalist but she can definitely sing. Ciara reminds me of Aaliyah and Janet…especially Aaliyah (RIP…I miss you!!) We all know how soft Aaliyah’s and Janet’s voices are. There is definitely room for Super C. And if RiYAWNna is all over blogs and has all this fame…someone with MORE talent (Ciara) should definitely be able to get her shine on. People talk bad about Ciara’s singing but she is not that bad at all.

Well I’m glad your a fan and I hope you cop her new album when it drops :-D. By the way, I think the comparisons to her and Aaliyah are completely overrated. I am StarBaby…I am the one who made the statement about Ciara being a good singer but not a great vocalist. The other person (Southernbella) said that Ciara was equaled to Britney Spears. Thats why its a complete 360 because two different people made those statements.

Anyway, I understand what you are saying about the Aaliyah comparisons. Ciara does deserve her own lane because Ciara’s dancing style is different from Aaliyah’s. But Ciara just reminds me of Aaliya with the sweet singing voice, the great dance moves (although I think Ciara is a better entertainer), and the nice down to earth personality. We all know Aaliyah was an angel on earth and I always hear that Ciara is also very nice.

She does look like Aaliyah because they both are light skinned toned beautiful black women and anything she do will be in a sense of replica of Aaliyah because she was out before her. Ciara is her own and she still gives music that Aaliyah brought. But again we all know its Ciara. No difference from Beyonce bringing music Brandy Monica and Aaliyah have brought all in the 90’s so whats your point next!

I don’t understand why people feel like all of a sudden they need an alter ego. I really don’t see why everybody is seeing Aaliyah in the Super Ci character… If you remember, Aaliyah only had a comic book like character on a commercial of hers. Her album didn’t revolve around that character, in fact it wasn’t even in the album, as someone said on here.
Despite what ppl may think about Ciara, she’s a good artist & every positive honor she gets she deserves. Because to me, the girl has been working her ass off since she came out in 2004 & still she’s underrated.
P.S.: Beyonce isn’t the only one who can do the alter ego thing.
- Garth Brooks did it in the 90s
- Mary J. Blige did it in 2005 with her alther ego (Brook-lyn) when her album “The Breakthrough” came out.
