Looks like a possible business meeting going down.
Reports are claiming that the Sex And The City movie sequel is definitely a go. It’s been green lighted as all 4 co-stars have signed their deals with the movie studio. I just want to know which black person will be the token one for the sequel. Since Louise/J-Hud went back home and got married and all. And won’t these broads be close to 50 (and over 50 where Samantha’s concerned) by the time this mug releases? Just don’t know how I’ll be able to relate and all when that time comes around. And as much as I like Run’s House, I don’t think I’m gon like Daddy’s Girls. I could hardly stomach the first show. I think I like the family dynamic more than just them two. Their not really interesting enough by themselves.

Has anyone seen the documentary on Showtime called Very Young Girls…It’s about under age prostitution..they interview different girls who were prostituting at like 12 and sh%t….they had some pimps who actually tapped themselves turning the young girls out…
That’s the kind of reality I like to see, not this koolaid a$$ stuff out now!!

I did hear that on this new season of Real World, they’re gonna go back to letting the people have their own jobs instead of a job together. But I think the Real World, “real” reality television era is over.

As a comment to your post about MTV’s “Daddy’s Girl”, I did not watch it last night however I did go the MTV website and reviewed the pictures. I think MTV needs to do better. Several things I became aware of:
This is the same apartment that was used on “The Hills” for LC and Heidi. ( I can not believe MTV did that)
Angela nail polish is different when she was standing at the door (black), when she was dancing with the guy (green) and what I can only assume is the next morning discussing the date with the girls (pink)
I hope that they are trying not to make this into the black “The Hills”, because they pulled stunts like this on that show all the time. So not reality!!!!! If I do watch the show and they do the blank stares before a commercial break; that has made all of “The Hills” cast famous, I am will just through my hands up at MTV and ask why they did not incorporate Angela and Vanessa into that show.

Yeah I saw that! The organization that they were following, GEMS is based out of NYC. After I saw that documentary I looked up their website to see their job openings! Last week I sent them my resume. Thats how much that documentary effected me!!

All of them thinking that the only person who will ever love them is a pimp. I always knew girls started out young. I felt so bad I was like Im a social worker maybe GEMS would be a better fit for me. I’m sooo serious about it..

Remember the girl who went to visit her mom and the mom NEVER took responsitbilty as to WHY her daughter went out on the street…she just kept saying how gross and embarrassed she was of her child…She reminded me of my mom…

Not necessarily true. These girls need to be told that in order for someone to love you, you have to love yourself first. These young girls are looking for validation from these loser ass boys out here and then what are they left with? A baby and no father to help them raise the child. I went to a public high school and in my sex ed class they covered everything, even had the “Baby” project, and you know what happened? The chick got pregnant a year after. So its not necessarily the teacher, its the student.

I ended up in an abusive relationship with Comcast. I would just verbally abuse everybody who picked up the phone for about 3 months right before I switched I went through 8 cable boxes, 8!!! They kept making appointments, sending a tech (when they showed the fuck up) and bringing me shitty ass boxes. Finally I switched and got dish network.

I ended up in an abusive relationship with Comcast. I would just verbally abuse everybody who picked up the phone for about 3 months right before I switched I went through 8 cable boxes, 8!!! They kept making appointments, sending a tech (when they showed the fuck up) and bringing me shitty ass boxes. Finally I switched and got dish network.[/quote]

Yo, the Daddy’s Little Girls apartment, and The Hills are two different units. They stay at the Palazzo West in West LA. All the units are built the same way pretty much. Vanessa and Angela live on a different floor. BTW did you know the older Simmon’s daughter is dating Damon Wayans Jr., and has been for a while.

Not sure if they are recycling apartments for sure or not but I do know that, that is the floor plan for that specific complex b/c when I was looking to move to LA I was interested in moving there. It is on La Brea around the corner from the Grove. Also I think when the girls lived there for the Hills they had a duplex. Although that was only epsidode 1 of Daddy’s Girls and they didn’t show the whole place it doesn’t look like they have a second level.
Either way the show is ok. I like the sisters but I can tell my favorite person is going to be the cousin b/c she still seems so NY and not plastic like the vanessa friend/twin.

so what its the same apt? all these “reality” shows use the same house. vh1 has used the same house for flavor of love,bret michaels,charm school,i love new york,etc. i didnt watch daddy’s girls bc all this mess is scripted

Yeah i watched too, i really prefer the older sister, she seems more real than other. all the other one does is steer with her eyes rolled in her head. but they both are always laughing seems so annoying like they can be real but they’re not it seems like a waste of time. But its good that the older sister is keeping her relationship off the show.

Yes it is recycle just like vh1 recycle there show houses. Why would they pay for their apt. when they have there own money? because it’s a scripted tv show with paid actors. Actors already make lots of money when they are casts for movies but they still get all there ish paid for by production. I cannot stand these types of “reality shows” they are really an insult to my intelligence, anyone who believes any of this ish is real. ” Oh I called daddy and the camera man just happened to be there when he answered,” lol. There conversations are sooo contrived and poorly acted. I need a nap.

SMH at people still saying its the exact same Unit. Same complex, different unit. BTW in LA the let you paint the walls, you just have to paint them back when you move out, or have the amount of cost to paint deducted from your deposit. MTV pays for the apartment, specifically at the Palazzo because its blocks away from CBS studios where they can do the production of the show. JUST TO RECAP, ITS NOT THE SAME APARTMENT!!!! HILLS GIRLS LIVE(D) ON THE 2ND FLOOR, ANGELA AND VANESSA LIVE IN DIFFERENT SIDE OF BLDG, ON 3RD OR 4TH, I BELIEVE. SAME FLOOR PLAN, DIFFERENT UNIT!!! NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!

Those apts are called the Palazzo. All the apts look the same with different paint colors. Did anybody notice that when she went on that fake blind date that she had on Big fake eyelashes, lots of makeup and jet black hair? But once she got there, she didnt have the eyelashes on anymore, no makeup and black hair with brown high lights at the bottom. It was so fake, just like the show. I was really dissapointed bec I thought they were going to rep for the ybf. I cant wait for the new episodes of “The Game” to air tomorrow, now that’s the show yal need to watch!
